Esta pesquisa demonstra parte do repertório entoado pelo coro Lu-Terena - um coro de aldeados indígenas Terena que habita a aldeia Aldeinha, Anastácio, Mato Grosso do Sul. O coro entoa hinos e salmos em sua língua nativa pertencente ao grupo sociolinguístico Aruák, inseridos na Missa Luterana da região. O objetivo: elucidar as sonoridades vigentes na música sacra indígena Terena, demonstrando como são feitos os escambos culturais entre os luteranos e os Terena. A metodologia qualitativa, demonstra procedimentos embasados na pesquisa in loco e bibliográfica. O resultado indica que foi preciso recorrer a diferentes olhares para abarcar as sonoridades: a estrutura Macro e Micro de Figueiredo; Pucci e as sonoridades indígenas; o sistema teórico Kamayurá de Bastos; a retórica e as ideias musicais de Piedade; e os gêneros do discurso de Bakhtin. Percebeu-se que nem todos os olhares contemplaram as sonoridades, demonstrando a necessidade da continuidade pela busca de olhares complementares.
