Los Abstract:Education is the way to generate positive conducts in children, conducts that promote a social and harmonic environment and respect of ethic and democratic values in our society. one important ethic and democratic value is the implementation of non-discriminatory, non-prejudiced and non-stereotyping attitudes. The aim of this study was to analyze the frequency of occurrence of possible stereotypes linked to gender, age, race and somatotype present in images of English textbooks in the third cycle of Primary Education of Spanish schools. Thus, a descriptive study was carried out with 1774 images from 5 English-as-a-Foreign-Language textbook collections for the fifth and sixth grades (Bugs World, Incredible Kit, Footstep, Beep and Find Out). It is important that teachers become aware of the importance of reviewing the teaching resources at their disposal to ensure the value of cultural diversity and equal opportunity to every student. In the event teacher resources do not meet these standards, teachers should elaborate their own complementary teaching resources. In th...
Abstract. Depending on the type of feedback provided by physical education teachers, students’ motor learning might be enhanced or not. The importance of understanding the influence of types of feedback seems to be essential to organize any motor learning process appropriately. Currently, it is not clear which type of feedback is the most effective for adolescents’ motor learning. The purpose of this study was to examine students’ balance motor learning according to the type of terminal-verbal feedback provided (i.e., feedback on result, feedback on process, or both). Thirty secondary school students aged between 13 and 14 years old (randomly distributed into 3 groups) participated in the study. Data collection was carried out using a balance motor task involving postural control on an unstable Wii Balance platform. Measurements were conducted at pretest, posttest, and follow-up. The results showed that students who received the terminal-verbal feedback on the process presented lower Root Mean Squared (p < ,05), considered as a better performance, than those who received feedback on result or both types of feedback. Accordingly, to favor students’ balance motor learning it is recommended that physical education teachers provide terminal-verbal feedback on process.

Palabras claveTiempo de movimiento; taekwondo; cadete; análisis observacional. were analyzed. Kruskall-Wallis followed by Mann Whitney U tests were used to analyzed differences between groups (p < 0.05). There are differences in F and NF according to the weight category. In NF phase, heavy athletes (welter, light-heavy and heavy) had longer NF periods than lighter athletes (fin, fly, light and light-middle). In F phase, fin, lightmiddle and light-heavy performed shorter F phases than fly, bantam, feather, light, welter, middle and heavy. Eventually, trainings must be prepared to simulate competitive F and NF phases according to the weight category in the sample analyzed. Thus, coaches should propose to athletes F:NF ratios of activity similar to the real competition according to the weight category of each athlete in addition to the characteristics of each competitor.
In this paper, we review the nonminimal derivative coupling (NDC) between gravity and a scalar field, from the point of view of the constraint imposed by the detection of gravitational waves. We study in detail the relation between the asymptotic inflationary solution obtained from NDC and its relation with the constraint, by means of a dynamical system analysis, with tow different sets of variables: the orinal ones and new variables that allow us to study asymptotic limits as points in phase space. In this sense, we thus show that the asymptotic inflationary solutions from NDC are incompatible with the gravitational waves speed constraint.
