Modern trends of trade-economic relations of the countries within the COVID-19 pandemic have been systemized in the development of mutual relations in particular economy sectors have been identified. Direct connection between the increase of export volume to China and Ukraine GDP growth has been established in the study based on the correlation-regression analysis. Weaknesses and strengths as well as opportunities and threats of mutual relations within the pandemic have been defined. The influence of the world crisis, creating a free trade area, and other factors on foreign trade circulation between Ukraine and China have been studied with the tools of empirical gravity model of international trade. Foreign trade circulation up until 2022 with and without creating a Free Trade Area has been forecast based on the modelled data. Perspective directions of trade-economic relations have been defined; the strategy of extending the trade-economic integration of Ukraine and China within the COVID-19 pandemic and in post-pandemic time within customs tariffs liberalization, intensification of symmetric interdependence and complementarity between the countries, within creating a free trade area, diversifying trade turnovers, overcoming the pandemic, reduction of crisis consequences, and strengthening cooperation in new industries of post-pandemic time has been grounded.
Economization of diplomacy and modernization of global trade policy within geopolitically unstable environmentWe have entered the world where extreme uncertainty is dominating and we are dealing with new diplomacy boundaries. The velocity and scale of changes are unique, this is a fact and it should not be resisted, it would only be in vain. We must accept a new reality and adapt to it prioritizing flexibility and sustainability. The uncertainty has turned into a rule. Events that were not supposed to ever happen, are happening one after another. This way, "black swans" (exceptional events) will turn into a majority. These theses started the speech of Josep Borrell, the Chief of European Diplomacy and the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy at EU Ambassadors Annual Conference in Brussels on October 10, 2022 [502]. He highlighted that the old world does not exist anymore and pointed out four factors of the global crisis. Firstly, Ukraine. The full-scale war in Ukraine continues and the country efficiently and successfully resists the enemy; also, open nuclear threats of Putin and mass mobilization in the Russian Federation. Secondly, China. Deep US-China competition and tension escalation in Taiwan. Thirdly, global food and energy crises.Josep Borrell stated that they had been predicted but not as acute as they are now and he also provided some examples and forecast that the food crisis would aggravate the situation in many parts of the world. Somali and Horn of Africa are examples of how a climate change along with a war can cause a humanitarian crisis of such a scale which Europe cannot even think of. He said that the world is entering a perfect storm. Firstly, prices are rising. Secondly, central banks are increasing interest rates. The United States is the first to do so and others have to do the same, otherwise their currency will be devalued; therefore, they all hurry to raise interest rates as there is no other way since the capital will leave states. And fourthly, security situation.Dangerous megatrends and security issues in the European neighbourhood that are not limited to Ukraine only. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been significant changes in the activities of many countries and companies around the world. The development of personnel management technologies is characterized by modern ones trends, among which can be distinguished such as technological progress; mobility and other features of the new generation; new guidelines in communications and group work staff. Certain trends are intertwined. Technological progress in first of all it changes people, their habits, mobility in communications. In addition, the structure of the organization, its information environment changes. Emphasis in management staff focus on such human qualities as emotional intelligence, creativity, emotionality. Clear balancing of different activities of the company, reduction of routine operations and their executors, increase of a share of creative work, giving more weight to creative staff - trends in the organization of the future. Management technologies are changing under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic and have their own characteristics. According to the mission of the organization and the individual, from development strategy to specific operational plans. The organization of relations with the employer also suffers changes both in the formal plane (today employees have several employers; work as freelancers, contractors, etc.). In addition, technology is changing interaction and organization of group work. The development of the management system of an international company involves the formation of a strategy for the development of the organization, HR-strategies that contain the values of the organization as a producer of goods and services and as an employer; enables the development of corporate culture and positioning of each employee in relation to the development of the organization. This approach allows us to consider modern technologies of personnel management in accordance with the main sub-functions. Among them: strategic workforce planning; search, selection of personnel; staff training and development; personnel efficiency management; staff motivation through recognition and rewards; career development of staff, motivation for leadership.
