In connection with the integration of Ukraine into the European educational space, urgent measures are envisaged to ensure the functioning and development of education in Ukraine, in particular, support and encouragement of intellectually and creatively gifted children and youth, self-realization of creative personality in modern society. The basic principle of reforming the content of education is the independence and creative activity of the individual in the acquisition of knowledge. Numerous psychological and pedagogical studies deals with the problem of training a creative teacher. The works of A.Aleksyuk, V.Kozykov, K.Makogon, P.Pidkasisty and others are devoted to the issue of creative formation of a student in the process of performing independent work of creative -search character. L. Bazhenova, S. Elkanov, O. Kyrychuk and others consider in their publications the creative bases of self-improvement and self-realization of the future teacher.
