In a family, the role of women is not only as a housewife (domestic) but also in the public sector. Some of the motivations that encourage women to work are husband is not working, low household income, while the number of family dependents is quite high. Sasak Sade women work in the public sector as spinners, weavers, and weaving traders because of their economic motives they want to help the family economy. The role in the family becomes more visible. Income can be used to support the family's economic needs. In addition, women have the same economic responsibility as men, and some are even bigger. Sasak Sade women are able to manage their functions well in both the domestic and public sectors. It can be seen that age, working time, and number of children simultaneously have a significant effect on the family income of Sasak Sade women, while education does not affect their income because Sasak Sade women work as farmers and weavers so the need of higher education is not required. Sasak Sade women are able to manage their functions well in both the domestic and public sectors. Even though they have been active in the public sector by working as weavers and trading, they never forget about the role in the domestic sector.
Corona Virus or Covid-19 is a group of viruses that can infect the human respiratory system and its transmission is so fast, air transportation activities are very impactful with the presence of this virus. Quality of service is one of the strategies to attract consumers and has a very important role in meeting customer satisfaction. In a pandemic like today, airlines must pay more attention to services, especially in aircraft cabins so that passengers feel comfortable, safe, and clean. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data as well as secondary data. Quantitative research methods can be interpreted as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research on a particular population or sample. Based on the results of the study obtained the results of hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis in the SPSS 15.0 program. The significance value (Sig.) is 0.000 and the calculated T value is 9.525. Because of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of T calculates 9.5 25 > 1,966 T table, then in accordance with the basis of decision making in the T Test it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted which means that there is an influence between variable x on variable y or in other words The quality of cabin crew service affects grauda Indonesia Airline Customer Satisfaction at Adi Soemarmo International Airport.
Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk literatur pemasaran jasa dengan memeriksa kinerja karyawan, dan dengan mengintegrasikan literatur tentang komitmen manajemen dalam keterlibatan karyawan. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan,. pengaruh antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas layanan dan keterlibatan karyawan, pengaruh antara keterlibatan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan dan menganalisis keterlibatan Karyawan memiliki peran mediasi antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan di Bandara Internasional Adi Sutjipto. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kausal, karena perlu melihat satu variabel atau lebih menyebabkan atau menjadi determinan terhadap variabel lain. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menarik sampel adalah purposive sampling merupakan metode memilih sampel yang mempunyai ciri-ciri tertentu yang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik struktural equation model (SEM) dengan menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan, Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas layanan dan keterlibatan karyawan, Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara keterlibatan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan dan Keterlibatan Karyawan memiliki peran mediasi antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan. Saran Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan fakta yang terjadi bahwa motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan apabila karyawan memiliki tanggung jawab/responsibility dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan supaya dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yaitu: meningkatkan kesadaran kepada karyawan bahwa karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam memajukan perusahaan.
