Issues of misconduct in educational institutions are never come to an end but keep intensifying and turn out to be more serious especially among students in a tertiary level institution. This paper discussed the reality of unethical act in educational institutions that often be seen and sometime making the circumstances as nothing happened. Several factors and consequences of plagiarism were considered while efficient approaches to cope with the issues are justified.
The increase of big data lead to the need of an effective records management system. This study aims to provide the best guideline or practices suitable for managing big data through records management standards. The study will apply qualitattive case method using interview as the tool to collect data from experts from the organization contributing to big data. This study set is to identify which records management practices are suitable and able to manage big data. This paper offers a new view and research by seeing Records Management standards as a method of handling big data issues. Big data in the Internet of Things (IoT) led to various issues and problems. Therefore, this study aims to provide a guideline through Records Management practices.This study is qualitative with the records professional who deals with big data and records management from various fields. Organizations involved in emerging big data will be chosen as respondents. The study intended to develop guidelines from the current Records Management standard, best practices and guidelines in managing big data. This paper has highlighted the level of social networking services (SNS) usage as part of knowledge sharing tool at Faculty of Information Management, University Technology MARA (UiTM). Social networking environment covered a wide range of functionalities and support of different sets of knowledge sharing activities. This is lead to the difficulties to identify the level of usage on social network services among the postgraduate student. Thus, it is also to proof the significant impact towards the knowledge sharing tools. Using questionnaires survey and data analysis, this paper has includes the aspect on demographic influences and level of social network usage in terms of knowledge sharing. Then, as a finding, level of social networking usage shows the social networking is part of knowledge sharing tools. As a conclusion, based on the findings and dimension driven in this study, it has show the social networking services has contribute to knowledge sharing activities.
