Stress is a condition or situation where physical and emotional responses will arise when the ability and needs of workers do not match the job requirements. Statistical data shows that there are 440,000 cases in the UK, with 1,380 cases experiencing work-related stress. In Indonesia, especially in the capital city of DKI Jakarta, it is estimated that around 1.33 million of the 9.5 million population of DKI Jakarta are estimated to experience stress due to work. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2021, the impact and consequences of work stress will have an impact in the short and long term. The approach in this study uses a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted at several shipping companies in South Tangerang. This research was conducted in July 2022. Based on the results of the study, it was found that sleep quality had a significant relationship between work stress and sleep quality (p=0.026); social support, there is no significant relationship between work stress and social support (p=0.572); work fatigue, there is a significant relationship between work stress and work fatigue (p=0.000); workload on work stress, found a significant relationship between work stress and workload (p=0.038); the variable that has the most significant influence on determining work stress scores is the work fatigue variable.
Introduction: Regions in West Java have the highest DHF case fatality records, one of which is Bogor Regency. Bina Husada Hospital is one of the hospitals that treats many pediatric DHF patients. Lack of fluids is the most common cause for pediatric DHF patients at Bina Husada Hospital. Objectives: To determine the effect of the Monitoring Book on Fluid Balance in DHF Children Method: Quantitative research with experimental research methods. The research design used was pre-experimental in the form of a one-shot case study. One-shot case study. The population in this study were patients with inclusion criteria: pediatric DHF patients who had been treated with fever for 4-6 days at Bina Husada Hospital, pediatric DHF patients who were willing to become respondents, and families of child DHF patients. The sample of this study was 20 respondents of DHF children. Collecting data in this study by providing observation sheets for monitoring book services, while the analysis used the paired t-test method. Result: The results of the study showed that the fluid balance of pediatric DHF patients before and after carrying out monitoring of fluid balance in pediatric DHF patients with the resulting p-value was 0.002 Conclusion: There is an effect of applying the monitoring book on the fluid balance of pediatric DHF patients.
The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia ranges from 20-80%, but in general, many studies show anemia in pregnant women is greater than 50%. In the western part of Indonesia, the area is classified as high, anemia in Aceh is 56.6%, North Sumatra 77.9%, West Sumatra 8.9%, Riau 65.6%, Jambi 74.2%, South Sumatra 58.3, Lampung 60.7%. In pregnancy, anemia can harm maternal and infant morbidity and mortality. In a pregnant state, the supply of iron from food is still not sufficient so that a supplement is needed in the form of blood/Fe added tablets. Because the benefits of Fe tablets are very large for the prevention of anemia in pregnant women. However, there are still many pregnant women who do not consume Fe tablets up to 90 tablets. So that the administration of Fe tablets has not yet reached the target where the central government has set it. The results of Riskesdas in 2013 from 89.1% of pregnant women who consumed Fe tablets, only 33.3% consumed up to 90 Fe tablets as recommended.
