O objetivo deste artigo é realizar a análise discursiva das produções de alunos do ensino fundamental para compreender como interpretam os textos que lhes são dados a ler, buscar se há ou não práticas de leitura e escrita regulares em suas produções e finalizar com uma reflexão sobre como os alunos compreendem as práticas de leitura e escrita na escola. As produções aqui analisadas compõem os resultados de minha pesquisa de mestrado para o Profletras da UFTM, foram coletadas durante uma proposta de leitura associada à exploração de múltiplas linguagens que pretendia promover a leitura e a movimentação dos alunos para a escrita. A base teórica para a escrita deste artigo está composta por Possenti (2002), Bakhtin (2003), Geraldi (1997) e Foucault (1988). Após a conclusão das análises foi possível concluir que houve diálogo e movimento dos alunos que leram, interpretaram, posicionaram e deixaram indícios sobre sua constituição subjetiva com indícios autorais.
