This research aimed to test and analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction by submitting two research hypotheses. The number of respondents in this study was 120 respondents who were consumers of crocodile skin craftsmen in Merauke. This study uses data analysis techniques using SEM AMOS 22.0 for the development of research constructs and also hypothesis testing. From the results of data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the constructs formed can be accepted and then the results of the study show that the variable quality of the product and also the quality of service variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
This research aimed to see relationships between Entrepreneurial Marketing construct and Marketing Performance construct in Small-Medium Enterprises (SME) of food and beverages. Questionnaires were given to 150 owners of food and beverage SME to test the proposed construct. Testing data used the AMOS 22 program. Testing was run to analyze a relationship between the constructs and the proposed hypothesis. The results of the test proved that there was a positive relationship between the construct of entrepreneurship marketing and marketing performance. So it can be concluded that the implementation of entrepreneurial marketing theory will help a business in improving its marketing performance.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola pikir masyarakat asli Papua dalam meningkatkan daya saing perekonomian di Kampung Kumbe, apa yang menyebabkan pola pikir mereka berbeda dengan masyarakat pendatang sehingga masyarakat pendatang memiliki tingkat perekonomian yang lebih tinggi dibanding masyarakat asli Papua di Kampung Kumbe sedangkan bantuan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah telah dibagi secara merata di kampung tersebut. Serta untuk mengetahui daya saing dari masyarakat asli papua dengan masyarakat pendatang.
Pendekatan penelitian dalam proposal ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif yaitu metode yang berguna untuk menganalisis kejadian-kejadian yang terjadi pada saat penelitian berlangsung nanti dengan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan tahap kesimpulan atau verifikasi data.
Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan wawancara kepada 20 responden yaitu bentuk pola pikir masyarakat asli papua di Kampung Kumbe memiliki bentuk pola piker konsumtif dimana mereka hanya mementingkan kamauan bukan kebutuhan sehingga daya saing perekonomiannya rendah.
This research was conducted to find out how far the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction in selecting and using JNE branch Merauke freight forwarding services. The sample used in this study was 88 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the data processing using the SPSS 22 program found the equation Y = 0.256 X1 + 0.228 X2 + e. From the results of the t test and F test, it can be seen that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in JNE shipping services. This is evidenced by the results of the tcount variable price (X1) 3,059 with t table 1.6623 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. With the direction of the positive coefficient, it is thus obtained that the hypothesis which states that prices have a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction is acceptable. The results of tcount variable service quality (X2) 3.752 with ttable 1.6623 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. With the direction of a positive coefficient, it is thus obtained that the hypothesis which states that service quality has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction is acceptable. The regression calculation results can be seen that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained is 0.406. This means that 40.6% of patient satisfaction can be influenced by price and service quality and 59.4% other satisfaction can be influenced by other variables.
