Information systems on mobile devices are a combination of software and hardware on devices that have high mobility to facilitate users in storing, receiving, processing, and distributing data to other users. One form of application designed by Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo of Jambi City) in information technology-based innovation to realize the Jambi and IOS-based Jambi Smart City called Sistem Informasi Kota Jambi (SIKOJA) which can be downloaded since 30 July 2019. To guarantee that the application SIKOJA is in accordance with the needs of users both by the Jambi city government and the people of the city of Jambi, it is necessary to evaluate the Usability level so provided content aligned with user expectations. The absence of the process of measuring the usefulness of the SIKOJA application until now has encouraged the author to evaluate the Usability level of the SIKOJA application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Based on the evaluation of the Usability level of 109 peoples (49.331%) from 221 respondents who filled out the questionnaire and had used SIKOJA application, the average SUS value score was 65.459 from a maximum scale of 100, it can it was concluded that the SIKOJA application was in the "Marginal High" Range, with a "D" Rank, and an "OK" Rating. With quite a number of respondents who have never used the application of 112 people (50.679%), it is necessary to have more intensive socialization to the people of Jambi City by Diskominfo of Jambi City about the existence and benefits of the application. From observations also found that the information in the Jambi City News column provided by the SIKOJA application was regularly updated.
