Івано-Франківський національний медичний університет Національний фармацевтичний університет* Методологія створення дерматокосметичних засобів для профілактики та лікування алопеції Профілактика та лікування алопецій залишається актуальним завданням сучасної дерматокосметології. В залежності від етіопатогенетичних факторів розрізняють різні види облисіння, серед яких найбільш поширеними є андрогенна (АА) та телогенова алопеція (ТА). Мета роботи: обґрунтування методології створення нових дерматологічних засобів для нашкірного застосування, призначених для профілактики та лікування АА та ТА. Матеріали та методи. Дослідження проводили шляхом опрацювання наукової літератури щодо етіопатогенезу та методів лікування різних видів алопеції, маркетингового аналізу ринку лікарських і косметичних засобів, пошуку лікарської рослинної сировини та визначення впливу біологічно активних речовин на відновлення та стимулювання росту волосяного фолікулу. Результати. Враховуючи специфіку фармакотерапії облисіння та потреби ринку, нами були обрані об'єкти дослідження, а саме: для лікування АА-м'які лікарські форми (емульгель, крем-маска, гель-маска) з екстрактом пальми сабаль і настойкою софори японської, олійний екстракт з кореневищ та коренів кропиви дводомної; для лікування ТА-гель-маска із соком кропиви дводомної, складна настойка з листя кропиви дводомної, листя шавлії лікарської та листя каштану кінського. Для забезпечення стабільності, високої ефективності та нешкідливості важливо враховувати вплив фармацевтичних факторів на якість розроблюваних препаратів, використовуючи сучасні методи дослідження (фармакотехнологічні, біофармацевтичні, фізико-хімічні, фармакологічні) та послідовність їх виконання. Висновки. Авторами на підставі загального методичного підходу був складений план розробки дерматологічних засобів на основі природної сировини, які в перспективі можуть стати препаратами вибору у профілактиці і терапії АА та ТА.
