Pisang Kepok (Musa spp. [ABB ’Saba’ subgroup]) has several unique characteristics, such as tolerance to drought and Fusarium Foc (TR4) disease. Currently, the genetic diversity of Pisang Kepok in Indonesia is not well identified, although it is widely cultivated. Information on genetic diversity is essential for developing breeding strategies to achieve efficient cultivar improvement in the future. Aims of this research were to analyze the genetic variation of Pisang Kepok from some islands in Indonesia and to determine the genetic relationship between Pisang Kepok and other accessions banana cultivars based on ITS2 region, as a basis for future research in improving banana quality through molecular breeding. We have conducted the multiple sequence alignment and built the phylogenetic tree analysis using the Bayesian Inference Phylogeny method of one million generations (ngen = 1,000,000). The ITS2 region showed two clade ingroups: first clade consists of banana with B genome (balbisiana), while the second clade consists of banana with only A genome (acuminata). In general, all accessions of Pisang Kepok cultivars were clustered in the B genome of bananas cultivars. In addition, the ITS2 sequences and secondary structures among Pisang Kepok from various regions are identical, suggesting that there was no genetic variation in the ITS2 region of Pisang Kepok from multiple areas in Indonesia.
Local wisdom merupakan budaya lokal yang menciri khaskan suatu daerah. pelestarian local wisdom dapat dilakukan dalam ranah pembelajaran, terutama dalam pembelajaran fisika gerak melingkar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini 1) mengetahui nilai konversi minyak terhadap energi kinetik (Ek) dan, 2) pengaruh volume minyak terhadap waktu tempuh. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan vidio dan dianalisis menggunakan Software Tracker. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan 1) volume minyak 0,1 ml, 0,2 ml, 0,3 ml dan 0,4 ml menghasilkan energi kinetik sebesar 0,3 J dan, 2) volume minyak 0,1 ml waktu tempuh 95.000 s, volume minyak 0,2 ml waktu tempuh 120.722 s, volume minyak 0,3 ml waktu tempuh 181.00 s dan volume minyak 0,4 ml waktu tempuh 327.611 s. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar volume minyak tidak berpengaruh terhadap energi kinetik tetapi berpengaruh terhadap waktu tempuh.
Integration of learning tools with information technology can enrich the learning experience, including in learning physics. This research is the development of kinematics learning tools assisted by Phypox to support the improvement of scientific thinking skills. The scope of kinematics material is horizontal straight motion, vertical straight motion, and circular motion. In this study, the initial design process and design evaluation were carried out. Evaluation of the initial design was carried out by five experts and data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI). The analyzed aspects include six indicators, namely: the functional relationship between components, component completeness, work order, practicality, efficiency, and effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that the initial design of the kinematics learning device is in a good category (CVR = 5.60; CVI = 0.93). Thus, this learning tool can be further tested on relevant students. The impact of the use of this tool will not only increase science skills, with certain learning strategies it can also grow the skills of working together and critical thinking.
Learning management system (LMS) is a learning solution in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic situation. In addition, the LMS learning media is also a medium that supports education in the demands of technological development 4.0. LMS is an online-based application designed to assist the learning process with creative and innovative material designs. LMS has many types, this time the researcher uses google classroom as a learning medium. The purpose of this research was to profile the application of physics learning using google classroom media at SMK Bodronoyo Jiwan, Madiun. The sample used was class X students majoring in APHP at SMK Bodronoyo Jiwan, Madiun. This research method is a descriptive qualitative data analysis model using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results of this research explain that the learning applied in class X APHP using google classroom gets a very good response. Obtaining this data states that on average students respond very satisfied, this is explained in 5 aspects, namely ease of access, perceived usefulness, communication and interaction, delivery of instructions, and student satisfaction on the application of Google Classroom in teaching and learning activities.
