Se explora una metodología para la descripción de imágenes fijas, unidades verbales, colores y formas. Interesa verificar el papel socializador y orientador que desempeña una plataforma en la construcción de las memorias y su función como institución de registro nemotécnico. La propuesta metodológica incluye, en primer lugar, el análisis de una plataforma web y el fenómeno de interacción comunicativa, conectando sistemas sígnicos, recursos tecnológicos y cultura. En segundo lugar, se explora la organización analítica a partir de los principios y categorías propias de los Estudios Críticos del Discurso Multimodal y Multimedial (ECDMM) para explicar e interpretar cómo una sociedad apropia sus formas de acción social y de conocimiento en sitios web específicos. En tercer lugar, se reflexiona cómo se están construyendo el significado, el sentido y las formas de comunicación en las narrativas visuales-virtuales, materializadas en emojis y símbolos, transversalizadas por las unidades conceptuales ‘memoria’, ‘conflicto armado colombiano’ y ‘paz’. En cuarto lugar, se analizan dos redes sociales, Facebook y Twitter, como espacios virtuales de interacción, en donde se distribuyen representaciones discursivas sobre los procesos de memoria y donde los interlocutores-intérpretes expresan puntos de vista, resignifican y adoptan posturas sobre las representaciones que se distribuyen en la narrativa visual-virtual objeto de análisis: portal “Hilando Sociedad” URL: <https://reconstrucciondeltejidosocial.com/hilando/>.
