This study aims to analyze the comparison of the trading volume of shares before and after a stock split on companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2016. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2016. The number of samples in this study is 30 companies selected using Purposive sampling techniques based on certain criteria. Data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical methods and normality tests. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted, it shows that there are differences in the volume of stock trading before and after a stock split on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016.
<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p align="center"> </p><p>This study aimed to analyze the effect of water temperature on the physiological condition and growth performance of freshwater eel elver<em> Anguilla bicolor bicolor </em>(McClelland, 1844). This study was conducted in March 2017 at the Physiology Laboratory of Aquatic Animal, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Bogor Agricultural University. The study used a completely randomized design with five different levels of temperature (22<sup>°</sup>C, 24<sup>°</sup>C, 26<sup>°</sup>C, 28<sup>°</sup>C, and 30<sup>°</sup>C) as treatments with two replications. The size of elver was 2‒3 g. Fish were fed with 1 mm pellet containing 45% of protein. The feeding level was 7 % of fish biomass and the feeding frequency was two times a day. The results showed that temperatures range from 24‒30<sup>°</sup>C could be used for freshwater eel elver rearing and 28‒30<sup>°</sup>Cwere the best temperatures to support survival and growth performance of eel elver. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan lima perlakuan suhu berbeda (22<sup>°</sup>C, 24<sup>°</sup>C, 26<sup>°</sup>C, 28<sup>°</sup>C, dan 30<sup>°</sup>C) dengan masing-masing dua ulangan. Ukuran benih yang digunakan 2‒3 g. Pakan yang diberikan berupa pellet berukuran 1 mm dengan kadar protein 45%. Jumlah pakan yang diberikan (FR) adalah 7% dari biomassa ikan dan diberikan dua kali sehari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kisaran suhu 24‒30<sup>°</sup>C dapat digunakan dalam pemeliharaan <em>elver</em> ikan sidat, dan suhu 28‒30<sup>°</sup>C merupakan suhu yang sangat baik untuk mendukung kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan <em>elver</em> ikan sidat. Diatoms are of great interest for large-scale cultivation due to their high lipid content. The ability to grow over a wide range of salinities is also of great advantage. We studied the effect of temperature and salinity on the growth, lipids and fatty acid profiles of a newly isolated halophilic diatom Amphora sp. MUR 258. Amphora sp. MUR 258 is unusual in that it grows over a wide range of temperatures (24-35°C) and salinities (7-12% (w/v) NaCl). The highest specific growth rate (SGR; 0.607 ± 0.017 day −1 ) was achieved at 7% NaCl at 35°C, and the lowest SGR (0.433 ± 0.087 day −1 ) was obtained at 9% NaCl at 25°C. The cells contained more lipids in the exponential phase, except when grown at 12% NaCl where the lipid content was higher in the stationary phase. The alga achieved its highest lipid content (57.69 ± 2.039% ash-free dry weight (AFDW) when grown at 7% NaCl at 25°C and the lowest (34.43 ± 3.955% AFDW) obtained at 12% NaCl at 35°C. The highest biomass productivity (0.171 ± 0.017 g AFDW L −1 day −1 ) and the lipid productivity (0.062 ± 0.017 g AFDW L −1 day −1 ) were achieved when the Amphora were grown at 9% NaCl at 35°C and 7% at 25°C, respectively. Irrespective of the growth conditions, the predominant fatty acids of Amphora sp. MUR 258 were palmitic acid (C16:0), stearic acid (C18:0), palmitoleic acid (C16:1) and oleic acid (C18:1), as well as low quantities of eicosapentaenoic acid (C20:5).
Roads was built on swamp areas should be consider the condition of the base soil, since the characteristics of the soil in swamp areas have always inundated and have a low soil carrying capacity. One of effort that could be done to improve the existing soil condition was used fly ash as a material for soil stabilization. This study was conducted to analyze the enhancement of CBR value on various soil types in swamp area by the addition of fly ash. Testing on the values of index properties, compaction, and CBR values was done in laboratory base on ASTM and AASHTO standars. The test results show that the type of soil at the location of the sampling is silty or clay gravel and sand, clay soil, and silty soil. The reduction of optimum water content after the addition of fly ash is the highest decrease of 20.92%. While the highest increase of dry content weight after the addition of fly ash was 0.904 g/cm 3 . An enhancement in the value of CBR by the addition of 20% fly ash in the study area, however the increase magnitude depends on the existing soil types, ie 7.99% in the silty or clay gravel and sand, 6 -8% in the clay soil and 0,22 -5% on silty soil. This indicates that the addition of fly ash was the optimum used on the type of clay soil.
