This research used the data from 2016 to 2020. The data analysis method used in this study is binary logistic regression. Data processing is conducted by Stata 15. The proportion of the board of commissioners, the number of audit committees, company liquidity, and activity ratios were used in this research. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the proportion of independent commissioners had no significant effect on financial distress, while the audit committee, corporate liquidity, and working capital turnover affected financial distress in manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The Relationship of The Use of Mch Books in Pregnant Mothers With The Mother's Knowledge of Pregnancy Care in The Penanae Health Center in 2021 Abstract Maternal and child health book (MCH) is the most important communication and information media for health workers, pregnant women, family and community. The research instrument used was the observation sheet and questionnaire, the data were analyzed using the Chi Square test with a synergy level (a = 0.05). The study showed a significant relationship between the use of the MCH handbook in pregnant women with maternal knowledge about pregnancy care with a value of p = 0.000 < value a = 0.05, then it means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is a relationship between the use of the MCH handbook in pregnant women with the mother's knowledge about pregnancy care.
Diarrhea is a dangerous disease in children. It can lead to death and cause an outbreak of extraordinary events. The main cause of death in diarrhea is dehydration, namely as a result of the loss of fluid and electrolyte salt in stool diarrhea. If dehydration is not immediately helped 20-30% of them could die. In order to analyze the effectiveness of health counseling on diarrheal disease prevention behavior with leaflet method on families who have children aged 0 - 5 years at Raba sub-district, Bima City in 2018. This research used Paired T-test research with One Group Pre-Post Test Design approach to 200 people sample. Sample selection sampling technique used a non-probability sampling type with purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of the entire sample. It is in accordance with the characteristics set by the researcher in the inclusion criteria. The results of the two variables analysis above using the Paired T-test, the t-value = 7.053 and p = 0.000 were obtained. The t-value = 7.053 indicated that there was strong effectiveness between two variables seen from the interpretation table of the correlation coefficient. The p-value = 0,000 was smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. it means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a strong and significant effect between maternal behavior before and after health counseling.
This type of research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional design. The sampling method was total sampling, by the number of samples 31 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet, and tested using the Spearman rank test. obtained p value = 0.478 > value a = 0.05 which means Ha is rejected. While the value of r = -0.132 indicate that correlation between both variables were very weak. Based on this, it is stated that there is no significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers in preventing malaria, but a mother must be able to respond to prevention of malaria considering its very dangerous impact on health.
