Di Puskesmas UPT Pasir Kaliki Bandung angka persentasi pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh masyarakat cukup rendah 45.28%. Hal ini secara teori dipengaruhi oleh jarak tempuh dan penilaian kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jarak tempuh dan penilaian kesehatan dengan pengambilan keputusan keluarga dalam pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Kelurahan Pasir Kaliki. Jenis penelitian berupa deskriptif korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh penduduk di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki Bandung dengan jumlah sampel 95 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara wawancara menggunakan kuesioner, data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan sebanyak 84.2%. Sebanyak 54.7% responden menyatakan jarak tempuh sulit dan 72.6% responden memiliki pendapat positif tentang persepsi sakit. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor jarak tempuh dan penilaian kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Sehingga tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara faktor jarak tempuh dan penilaian kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan.Kata kunci : Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan, jarak tempuh, penilaian kesehatan ABSTRACT In Puskesmas UPT Pasir Kaliki Bandung, the percentage of health service utilization by the community is quite low at 45.28%. This is theoretically influenced by mileage and health assessment. This study aims to determine the relationship between distance and health assessment with family decision making in utilization of health services in Kelurahan Pasir Kaliki. The research type is descriptive correlation using cross sectional approach. Population of research that is all of population in work area UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki Bandung with sample amount 95 responden, sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The data were collected by interview using questionnaire, the data were analyzed using chi square test. The results showed that respondents who use health services as much as 84.2%. As much 54.7% of respondents stated the mileage is difficult and 72.6% of respondents have a positive opinion about the perception of illness. The results of statistical tests show that there is no significant relationship between the mileage and health assessment with the utilization of health services. In conclusion, there is no significant relationship between mileage and health assessment with health service utilization.Keywords: Utilization of health services, mileage, health assessment
The precentage of utilization of health service in Puskesmas (Public Health Center) by the community is quite low only 30% nationally and 45.28% for Puskesmas UPT Pasir Kaliki Bandung. The objective study was to determine the characteristic of predisposition and ability of family resources in family decision for utilizing of health services in puskesmas kelurahan pasir kaliki. The research was descriptive. The population in the study was all communities around Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki Bandung by 95 respondents. The data were analyzed by univariate analysis. The findings in this study indicated that the greatest respondent who utilized health service was 41 respondents (low edication), 49 Respondents (on job). In addition respondents who had income below UMR (a minimum wage of people) and respondent who had health insurance and utilized health services was 61 respondents.Keywords: Education; Employment; Income; Health Insurance; Utilization of Health Services.
A utilization model of health service influenced by predisposing factors, ability and needs. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with family decision making in the utilization of health services in Kelurahan Pasir Kaliki. The research type was descriptive correlation using Cross Sectional approach. Population in this research was all of population in work area UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki Bandung with 95 responden. Sampling technique that used in this study was purposive sampling. The data were collected by interview using questionnaire. the data were analyzed using Chi Square test. The result showed that respondents who used health service were 84.2%, respondents with high school education 35.8%, 36.8% respondents worked as laborers, 60.0% of respondents have income below UMR and 77,9% respondents who had health insurance. The results of statistical tests show that there is a significant relationship between employments with the utilization of health services. In conclusion, there is a significant correlation between occupational factors with health service utilization (p = 0,034) with estimated risk 0.113. Kepuasan adalah perasaan senang ataupun kecewa seseorang yang berasal dari perbandingan antara kesannya terhadap kinerja (atau hasil) suatu produk dan harapan-harapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara umum tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan bagian keuangan yang ada di lingkungan STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung. Total responden adalah 102 mahasiswa dari perwakilan seluruh program studi. Instrumen kuisioner terdiri dari 20 pernyataan. Dari semua kuesioner yang telah disebarkan, kuesioner yang masuk/kembali pada tanggal yang telah ditentukan untuk pengolahan data sebanyak 102 kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat. Hasil penelitian tentang tingkat kepuasan pelayanan bagian keuangan di STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung, menunjukkan nilai kepuasan secara umum sebagai berikut : penilaian untuk kuisioner harapan terhadap sampel responden yang ada memberikan hasil skor rata-rata > 5,00 dengan kategori kalsifikasi adalah sangat Pentingsebesar 60 (58,8%) responden artinya adalah mahasiswa menilai pernyataan kuisioner yang diberikan sangat penting untuk diaplikasikan. Sedangkan penilaian untuk kuisioner kenyataan terhadap respon responden memberikan hasil skor rata – rata > 4,00 – < 4,99 dengan kategori klasifikasi adalah puas sebesar 60 (58,8%) responden artinya mahasiswa merasa puas dengan pelayanan bagian keuangan STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung.Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kepuasan, Pelayanan ABSTRACTSatisfaction is the feeling of pleasure or disappointment of someone who derives from the comparison between his impressions of the performance (or outcome) of a product and its expectations. The studi aims to is to determine the general level of student satisfaction with the service of the financial department in the STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung. The total respondents were 102 students from representatives of all study programs. The questionnaire instrument consists of 20 statements. Of all the questionnaires that have been distributed, the questionnaire that entered/returned on a predetermined date for processing 102 data questionnaires. Data analysis is done univariat The results of research on the level of satisfaction of financial services in STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung, showed the value of satisfaction in general as follows: assessment for questionnaire expectations of the sample respondents who provide results average score> 5.00 with the category of calcification is very important for 60 (58.8%) of respondents means that students judge the questionnaire statement given is very important to be applied. Latar Belakang puskesmas merupakan pusat pembangunan masyarakat serta menyelenggarakan pelayanan masyarakat serta menyelenggarakan pelayanan masyarakat yang bermutu, merata, terjangkau dengan peran masyarakat secara aktif tuntutan masyaraka terhadap pemanfaatan Puskesmas semakin kompleks sebagai dampak positif kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dari hasil pembangunan nasional bangsa Indonesia. Sebagai upaya untuk pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, maka setiap kecamatan di Indonesia telah memiliki lebih dari satu Puskesmas untuk seluruh Indonesia sebanyak 9754 unit, Puskesmas di Jawa Barat 1050 unit. Dengan demikian setiap 30 penduduk Indonesia rata – rata dilayani 1,15 dan 0,67 Puskesmas di Jawa Barat (Depkes RI, 2015). Di UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki terdapat 6 kelurahan dengan jumlah penduduk yang dilayani 97494 orang dan jumlah KK 25467. Dan jumlah kunjungan ke UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki sebanyak 44150. Dari jumlah tersebut dapat dilihat angka pemanfaatan sebesar 45,28% ( Laporan UPT Puskesmas Paskal, 2015). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Kelurahan Pasir Kaliki Tahun 2017. Metode penelitian adalah metode descriptive, dengan populasi adalah keluarga yang masuk di Kelurahan Pasir Kaliki Kota Bandung dengan kriteria jika dalam 1 Tahun terakhir ada anggota keluarga yang sakit dan pernah kepelayanan kesehatan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive. Jumlah sampel sebesar 95 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat, dan hanya disajikan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa responden yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki Bandung sebanyak 80 orang (84.2%) dan responden yang tidak memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki Bandung sebanyak 15 orang (15.8%).
