<p>This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer intention to halal cosmetics and<br />skincare products in Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires, 120 responses were obtained from halal cosmetics and skincare products consumers in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative and explanatory methods which are analyzed using multiple linear regression with the SPSS software. The results showed that the attitude, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control positively and significantly influenced the intention of consumers to buy cosmetics and halal skincare products in Indonesia. By learning the intention of consumers can understand the market potential of the cosmetics and skincare products industry so that it can stimulate the growth of the cosmetics and skincare products industry in Indonesia and the world.</p>
COVID-19 transmission in the hospital environment can be catalized by a direct contact and droplets. Nurses are at the forefront of having the longest contact with the infected patient during the treatment. This research aims to dig on the deep meaning on the nurses’ practice during treating the COVID-19’s patients. This is a qualitative research design with a descriptive explorative approach. The sampling technique used in this research was a purposive side. The Data collection were carried out on five nurses who were in charge of caring the COVID-19 patients at two Semarang city’s hospitals. The research data were in the form of conversation transcripts which were analyzed using content analysis. This qualitative research analysis brought the results in three themes: first, the challenge of being a COVID-19 nurse in the emergency room, ICU and Covid care room, second, the resilience and resilience of nurses, third, the professionalism of nurses. This study indicate that the experience of nurses caring for COVID-19 patients has many challenges, namely fatigue, discomfort, anxiety, fear of contracting and stress. Anxiety creates psychological problems for nurses, which reduces the quality of service during the pandemic. Resilience and toughness are the main foundations for nurses during the pandemic.There is a need for further research with qualitative methods to look at the factors that impact on successful nursing care in COVID-19 patients during the pandemic.
This research was conducted to measure the impact of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on profitability with the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. period of 2011-2017. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression. Data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. which is accessed through the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) website. The results showed that 51.3% variables Profitability of return on assets (ROA) can be explained by mudharabah and musyarakah ratios. T test (partial test) shows that the mudarabah ratio variable has no significant effect on profitability of return on assets (ROA), while the musyarakah ratio variable has a significant effect on profitability of return on assets (ROA). This is because mudharabah financing is classified as risky financing, so Islamic banks must innovate in carrying out risk management. On the other hand, Musharakah financing contributes greatly to the total income of Islamic banks and partially has a significant effect on the profitability of Islamic banks. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menakar dampak pembiayaan mudharabah dan musyarakah terhadap profitabilitas dengan rasio Return on Assets (ROA) PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. periode 2011-2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. yang diakses melalui website Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 51,3% variabel Profitabilitas return on asssets (ROA) dapat dijelaskan rasio mudharabah dan musyarakah. Uji T (uji parsial) menunjukkan bahwa variabel rasio mudarabah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas return on assets (ROA), sedangkan variabel rasio musyarakah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas return on assets (ROA). Hal ini dikarenakan pembiayaan mudharabah tergolong pembiayaan yang beresiko, sehingga bank syariah haruslah berinovasi dalam melakukan menajemen resiko. Di sisi lain, pembiayaan musyarakah berkontribusi besar terhadap total pendapatan bank syariah dan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank syariah.
This research is about the influence of financing mudharabahincome of the result of profitability (return on assets) at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. for period 2011 until 2015. The main problem in this research is how much financing mudharabahincome that calculated by ratio of mudharabahwhich is ratio of mudharabahincome and total revenue sharing income, influencing the profitability that calculated by return on assets (ROA) which is ratio of net income and total assets. This research has a purpose to describe and explain the influence between financing mudharabahincome with profitability (return on assets) at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. for period 2011 until 2015. Research methods used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data, in the form of financial statement of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. as the population and the samples consist of quarter financial statement of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia that published from 2011 until 2015. The statistic method used to test the research hypothesis is simple regression. After following the quantitative procedural, the result of this research show that financial mudharabahincome has influence the profitability, which is proved with the significant value is 0,009 that smaller than 0.05.
