ABSTRAK Nyeri persalinan merupakan proses alamiah yang dirasakan oleh ibu yang akan melahirkan. Kondisi nyeri pada persalinan kala satu fase aktif merupakan kondisi fisiologis yang dialami oleh setiap ibu bersalin yang akan menyebabkan kecemasan (stress) karena tidak dapat menangani nyerinya tersebut. Salah satu metode non farmakologi untuk pengendalian rasa nyeri yaitu memberikan aromaterapi lavender, teknik ini dapat mengalihkan perhatian ibu dari nyeri saat kontraksi.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasi Eksperimental, dengan pre test and post test design with control group. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Consecutive sampling dengan jumlah ibu bersalin sebanyak 38 sampel. Skala nyeri dinilai dengan lembar observasi Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji Mann-Whitney test.Hasil analisis Nyeri persalinan, perbandingan pengaruh perlakuan kelompok intervensi dan kontrol menggunakan Mann Whitney didapatkan p 0,006 <0,005, artinya ada perbedaan efektivitas persepsi nyeri persalinan pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol sehingga dapatkan disimpulkan bahwa ibu yang diberikan Aromaterapi lavender lebih mampu beradaptasi dengan nyeri persalinan di kala I dibandingkan dengan Ibu yang melakukan nafas dalam pada kelompok control.Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Aromaterapi lavender berpengaruh terhadap persepsi nyeri pada Ibu Bersalin Kala I Fase Aktif. Penggunaan aromaterapi ini sangat disarankan dalam pemberian asuhan di Kala I persalinan.
Postnatal treatment is a service provided to mothers after giving birth either normally or by cesarean. Postnatal treatment is one of the types of care that is mastered by the alumni of DIII Midwifery Program since it is included in the DIII Midwifery Curriculum at the Midwifery Study Program, Curup Ministry of Health Poltekkes, Bengkulu. Postnatal treatment that has been modified is to do breast care and oxytocin massage with the patient in a position to soak in warm water and be given aromatherapy along with relaxation music. This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of students and alumni for entrepreneurship. The solution offered by the implementing team is to increase the knowledge and skills of students and alumni through training on Postnatal Treatment. The entrepreneurial development method passes through three stages, namely entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial ability, and entrepreneurial mentality. Assistance to students and alumni during the process of implementing activities. Monitoring and evaluation is carried out by the Lecturer Team on students and alumni. This activity resulted in the formation of a new entrepreneurial group, as well as the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support activities such as modules, tools and materials for Postnatal treatment. After the training, there was an increase in the knowledge of alumni and students about Postnatal Treatment.
Kegiatan PKM melalui sosialisasi optimalisasi pemberdayaan kader dalam mendorong keberhasilan pemberian ASI Ekslusif dengan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) dan teknik menyusui yang benar adalah supaya: 1) kader mengetahui tentang ASI ekslusif, IMD dan teknik menyusui yang benar; 2) kader mengetahui cara melakukan IMD dan teknik menyusui yang benar; dan 3) kader dapat mengajarkan ibu hamil tentang ASI ekslusif, IMD dan teknik menyusui yang benar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan metode skill development dengan memberikan informasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan pelaksanaan IMD dan teknik menyusui yang benar. Peserta kegiatan adalah kader di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Perumnas Kab. Rejang Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu, yang berjumlah 25 peserta. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, melalui tahapan pra pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan dan pasca pelaksanaan. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM melalui sosialisasi optimalisasi pemberdayaan kader dalam mendorong keberhasilan pemberian ASI Ekslusif dengan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang IMD dan teknik menyusui yang benar disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini diketahui dari tingkat kehadiran dan antusias peserta dalam kegiatan dan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader setelah kegiatan. Adapun peningkatan pengetahuan kader setelah kegiatan penyuluhan, demonstrasi cara melakukan IMD dan teknik menyusui yang benar serta redemonstrasi oleh peserta memperoleh hasil dengan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan peserta sebesar 95, menunjukkan kegiatan sosialisasi mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan kader dalam melakukan IMD dan teknik menyusui yang benar dalam mendukung keberhasilan ASI Ekslusif.
Toddler period is known as the "golden period" and "window of opportunity", a period that is very sensitive to the environment and cannot be repeated. Efforts are made for children to grow and develop optimally by detecting deviations and early intervention. PAUD / Kindergarten teachers are an important element who can find out the existence of growth and development deviations and appropriate interventions at an early age. Community service activities aim to empower PAUD/TK teachers in increasing knowledge and skills through training for PAUD/TK teachers in stimulating children's growth and development and implementing SDIDTK to increase growth and development of preschool/kindergarten children. The target of the activity is 35 PAUD/TK teachers in the Working Area of the Prumnas Public Health Center, Rejang Lebong Regency in 2021. Training activities are carried out offline. The results of the pre-test and post-test of participants showed an increase in knowledge of 27.0 and the results of skills assessment using a checklist obtained an average score of 87. Community service activities by empowering PAUD/TK teachers through training and mentoring so as to improve the knowledge and skills of PAUD/TK teachers in conducting stimulation and early detection of growth and development of kindergarten/early childhood children.
Breastfeeding Self Efficacy is a mother's belief to breastfeed her baby which influences effort, thought process and response when encountering difficulties in breastfeeding. The factors that influence a mother's self-efficacy are mastery experiences, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion, somatic and emotional conditions. The success of exclusive breastfeeding cannot be separated from the mother's factor, namely the desire and confidence of the mother to breastfeed. Mothers who have a high level of self-efficacy will breastfeed longer than mothers who have a low level of self-efficacy in breastfeeding. The solution offered by the implementing team was to increase the knowledge and skills of cadres through training on how to increase knowledge about breastfeeding self-efficacy for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The method for developing this activity was by providing training and refreshing for Posyandu cadres and village midwives as well as assisting cadres during the implementation of the activity. This activity achieved several results, namely the formation of ASI cadre groups through the WhatsApp media, and availability of facilities and infrastructure to support activities such as modules, tools and materials to increase the knowledge and skills of cadres on how to improve Breastfeeding Self Efficacy. After the training, there was an increase in the cadres' knowledge and skills about Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy.
