Holistic approach is the main princip of sustainable development. Nevertheless investments of society in technological facilitation of learning mainly support developing of general skills. General and intellectual development of human’s personality follows from that. This research aims to evaluate methodological factors of English acquisition in classroom and virtual learning environment for facilitation of autonomous its acquisition in adults’ nonformal education. Hypothetically it is assumed that opportunities of learning environment of e-studies are insufficiently used for personal development in English acquisition programmes. The research presents an interpretation of learners’ and their facilitators evaluation of learning opportunities in classroom and virtual learning environment collected by SOT analysis. The study highlights vertical and horisontal transformation of values.
The present study is aimed at creating a holistic fractal model (HFM) of autonomous learning for English acquisition in a blended environment of e-studies in adult nonformal education on the basis of the theories and paradigms of philosophy, psychology and education for sustainable development to promote the development of adult learners’ experiences of English acquisition. Thus, the present research attempts to find out how autonomous learning influences transformation of the system of values and integration in the learning environment. The research is based on the holistic paradigm of science. Adults’ English learning experience, their readiness to learn the language in blended e-studies and the SWOT analysis of metacognitive strategies are investigated in the paper. The authors also put forward recommendations for facilitating the transformation of the system of values in the process of autonomous learning for English acquisition in blended e-studies. The research has resulted in the HFM that interprets the systemic view on the transformation of values in the environment in the classroom and virtual environment, shows more holistic comprehension of the deepness and structure of the complexity of language learning and makes a methodological basis for its holistic facilitation in blended e-studies for adults.
Personality integration and self-realisation in the global economy and coevolution with multilingual cultural environment of sustainable learning society by means of technologies actualise the paradigm shift in science, and create the necessity for transdisciplinary research to resolve the problem of transformation of the system of values in the context of acquisition of languages. The research aims to create a holistic model of autonomous learning for English acquisition in blended environment of e-studies in the context of adult non-formal education. The research is done on the basis of the holistic paradigm of the science. Holistic methodology is used for investigation of the holistic system. The research resulted in creating the holistic model and working out the recommendations to facilitate of the transformation of the system of values of participants at the programmes of English acquisition of adult non-formal education. The results of the research are significant for developing the concept of autonomous learning.

Researchers’ attention has moved from solving a problem to united methodology for solving different problems. It resulted in paradigm shift in the science and using system approach in social researches. The topicality of „Autonomous English acquisition in blended e-studies for adults for sustainable development”follows from results of the previous part of the research. They show that vertical hierarchy of responsibility has sticked together and learners’ interest towards methodological factors increased in virtual English acquisition. Next research problem is how to facilitate transformation of horisontal values from directed English acquisition to self-organised its acquisition in virtual learning environment. Hypothetically, it is assumed that there are sensitive factors, facilitation of which can call a resonance and transformation of other factors according to synergetic system model for facilitation the transformation of values in blended e-studies in adult nonformal education. The article presents reinterpretation of the results of the active research according to system approach of the whole research. The aim - to work out recommendations for implementation of the research model is reached in it.
