This paper describes the application of Two-Level Transplant Evolution (TE) in computer network optimization. TE combines Grammatical Evolution (on the genotype level) with Genetic Programming (tree structures on the phenotype level). To increase the efficiency of Transplant Evolution (TE) the parallel Differential Evolution was added.
We tried to combine the basic principle of grammatical evolution with vortex-ring-fractal structures of atoms to create new molecule structures. This approach combines knowledge of evolutionary optimization with physical chemistry.
