Coaching is an effort, action, and activities that are carried out efficiently and effectively to obtain better results. While growth is a thing (state) grows; progress (progress etc.). So that guidance on the growth of positions of teachers can be defined as efforts, actions, and activities carried out efficiently and effectively to obtain better results. In this case, a professional job, it would be wise to discuss one-word teacher, position, and licensed as a keyword that can be used as a professional position. Thus this text will discuss in detail the formation of teacher positions in Islamic educational institutions. Pembinaan merupakan usaha, tindakan, dan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara efisien dan efektif untuk memperoleh hasil yg lebih baik. Sedangkan pertumbuhan adalah hal (keadaan) tumbuh; perkembangan (kemajuan dsb). Sehingga pembinaan terhadap pertumbuhan jabatan guru dapat didefinisikan sebagai usaha, tindakan, dan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara efisien dan efektif untuk memperoleh hasil yg lebih baik dalam pertumbuhan atau perkembangan jabatan guru. Dalam hal ini guru sebagai jabatan professional, alangkah bijaknya jika dibahas satu-persatu pengertian dari kata guru, jabatan, dan profesional sebagai kata kunci yang dapat memberikan gambaran tentang apa yang dimaksud dengan guru sebagai jabatan profesional tersebut. Dengan demikian naskah ini akan membahas secara detail perihal pembinaan jabatan guru di lembaga pendidikan Islam.
Classroom management is a conscious effort to systematically organize teaching and learning process activities that lead to success, which has a relationship with the encouragement of students to actively learn even though the implementation of the teaching and learning process is online. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant relationship between virtual classroom management and students' online learning motivation and how much virtual classroom management contributes to students' online learning motivation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kalifa Nusantara for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of quantitative research uses systematic scientific research on the parts and phenomena and the causality of their relationships. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant relationship between virtual classroom management and online learning motivation of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kalifa Nusantara. This is indicated by the virtual classroom management variable, which has a positive regression coefficient towards online learning motivation of 38.355, meaning that if virtual classroom management has an increase of 1 point, online learning motivation will increase by 38.355. It is also known that the count of 6.360 is more excellent than the table at a significant level of 5%, which is 1.693. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it is stated that the correlation of the X variable with the Y variable is significant. 2) The virtual class management variable (X) has a simultaneous contribution of 57.4 to the online learning motivation variable (Y), and the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author.
Religion, from the beginning by sociologists, is believed to have links with other social institutions. Sociology studies religion not only in its social dimension but also in its dimension. Tasamuh contains elements of respect, appreciation and sympathy in the life of a heterogeneous or plural society, especially in religious life. The concept and reality of tasamuh practice are different. This study aims to examine the idea of tasamuh from the perspective of the sociology of religion in a multicultural society in Bali and Indonesia in general. This research uses a website study approach in a qualitative approach, in a case study design. Data collection techniques are used by conducting website research, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis used data presentation, reduction, and conclusion, including single-site, followed by cross-site data analysis. Checking the validity of the data is done with credibility. From the explanation above, there is wisdom from tasamuh behaviour found in a multicultural society in Bali, namely a sense of calm in oneself and others, making it easier to solve problems that seem difficult for others, getting more friends, easy to get relationships, if you get difficulties you will many people help. The results of this study provide an overview of the implications of applying the tasamuh concept for multicultural societies. This is a lesson for everyone that life is not about oneself but the benefit of others.
Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus kepada manajemen ekstrakurikuler gerakan kepanduan Hizbul Wathan yang amatlah sangat berperan penting untuk ikut serta sebagai sebuah wadah dalam rangka pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Denpasar yang nantinya diharapkan peserta didik tersebut dapat tumbuh menjadi warga negara yang berkarakter kepemimpinan di masa mendatang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta teknik keabsahan data melalui metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian akan dituangkan secara deskripsi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan penerapan manajemen ekstrakurikuler Hizbul Wathan meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Hasil dari kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Hizbul Wathan tumbuhnya sikap disiplin, tanggungjawab, dan mandiri pada diri siswa serta anggota didik dapat mengaplikasikan materi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kendala yang dihadapiya itu anggota didik dan komunikasi. Solusi yang telah dilakukan terhadap anggotadidik menanamkan sikap tanggung jawab, disiplin dan kesungguhan pada diri mereka serta pemberian punishmen tjika melanggar aturan. Terhadap komunikasi, dengan mengadakan pertemuan atau pengevaluasian secara berkala di setiap bulan.
Curriculum implementation and teacher performance are one of the important factors in educational success. Discussing of the curriculum as a program of learning under the responsibility of the school. In reality, in SDIT Albanna Denpasar have variations in the ability of educators in the level of curriculum attainment, curriculum making is made by all school principals and all curriculum department representatives. Which is likely to affect teacher performance. The objectives of this research are to determine: 1) The effect of curriculum implementation on teacher performance at SDIT Albanna Denpasar in the2020 Academic Year 2) The contribution of curriculum implementation contribute to the teacher performance at SDIT Albanna Denpasar in the 2020 Academic Year. This research is quantitative correlational research. Data collection techniques used in this study were to use questionnaires, observastion, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) there was significant effect of curriculum implementation to the performance of teachers in SDIT Albanna Denpasar. This’s indicated by the curriculum implementation variable having a positive,And it’s also known that F linearity Fcount>Ftable was 0.956 < 4.15, This means Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected, so meaning regretion linier. 2) the curriculum implementation variable (X) has a simultaneous contribution of 16,5 % to the teacher performance variable (Y) the remaining 83,5 % is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
