Öz: Yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı, futbol, basketbol, hentbol ve voleybol branşındaki erkek sporcuların sağlık kontrolünden geçip geçmedikleri, yaralanmaya maruz kalıp kalmadıkları, eğer yaralanma yaşamışlarsa bunların hangi bölgelerdeki yaralanmalar olduğu, sağlık personelinin bulunup bulunmadığını tespit etmek, nasıl müdahale edildiğini belirlemek ve branşlar arasındaki farklılıkları ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın örneklemini, Bursa ilinde 13-29 yaş aralığındaki 200 erkek sporcu oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin analizlerinde SPSS 20 paket programı kullanılmıştır. 200 sporcunun %37'si (n=74) sağlık kontrolünden geçmemiş, %64'ü (n=128) spor yaralanmasına maruz kalmış ve bu yaralanmaların %40,6'sında (n=52) sağlık personeli bulunmamıştır. Yaralanmaların %53,1'i (n=68) antrenmanda, %28,9'u (n=37) maç ortasında, %8,5'i (n=11) ise ısınma esnasında meydana gelmiştir. Antrenmanda yaşanan yaralanmaların %54,5'ünde (n=37) sağlık personeli bulunmazken, maç ortasındaki yaralanmaların %83,7'sinde (n= 31) sağlık personeli bulunmaktadır. Yaralanmaların %46'sı (n=59) rakibin darbesiyle gerçekleşirken, %15,6'sı (n=20) zemin bozukluğu sebebiyle, %13,2'si (n=17) yetersiz ısınma sonucu yaşanmıştır. Rakibin darbesiyle yaralanma oranı %50,8 (n=30) ile basketbolda ilk sırada, %25,4 (n=15) ile futbol 2.sırada yer alırken, hentbol %15,3 (n=9) ile 3. sırada, %8,5 (n=5) ile voleybol son sırada yer almaktadır. İlk müdahale sırasında %82,6'sı (n=106) soğuk uygulama yaparken, %15,6'sı (n=20) hiçbir tedavi uygulamamıştır. Yaralanan sporcuların %57'si (n=73) doktora gitmeyi, %25,7'si (n=33) ise kendi imkanlarıyla tedavi etmeyi tercih etmiştir. Sonuç olarak; yaralanmaların %34,5'i (n=76) ayak-ayak bileği bölgesi, %20,9'u (n=46) diz bölgesi ve %14,5'i (n=32) el-el bileği bölgesinde görülmüştür.
