ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan pemamahan konsep (X1), kemampuan komunikasi (X2) dan kemampuan koneksi matematika (X3) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah (Y); pengaruh kemampuan pemahaman konsep (X1) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi (X 2 ), pengaruh kemampuan pemahaman konsep (X 1 ) terhadap kemampuan koneksi (X 3 ) dan pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi (X2) terhadap kemampuan koneksi (X3). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Padang Jaya. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, jenis sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Instrumen tes menggunakan Skala Likert dan uraian digunakan untuk pengambilan data. Data dianalisis dengan teknik Analisis Jalur dengan taraf signifikasi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh kemampuan pemahaman konsep ( yx1X1= 0,374), kemampuan komunikasi ( yx2X2 = 0,181), kemampuan koneksi (( yx3X3 = 0,201) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah; (2) pengaruh kemampuan pemahaman konsep ( x2x1X1 = 0,323) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi; (3) kemampuan pemahaman konsep ( x3x1X3 = 0,442) terhadap kemampuan koneksi, serta pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi ( x3x2X3 = 0,470) terhadap kemampuan koneksi. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of the package C learning program at PKBM Az-Zahra, Kepahiang Regency. This study refers to several indicators studied, namely the target of activities, the form of planning, the people involved, and the identification of programs carried out by the institution for the package C learning program at PKBM Az-Zahra. This study uses the method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of this study indicate that before the implementation of the batik skills program at PKBM Az-Zahra, a plan was first carried out. In planning the batik skills program for package C participants at PKBM Az-Zahra, the institution held a meeting with the organizational structure to set activity targets and identify the program. The target of activities in planning the batik skills program at PKBM Az-Zahra is to improve the life skills of students in package C through the batik program, train participants in package C so that their work has a selling value. As well as joining business groups that have been provided by institutions (Umeak Kain Diwo and Rumah Kreatif) and creating new entrepreneurs. The people involved in planning the batik skills program at PKBM Az-Zahra are operators, tutors, managers, coaches, and all teaching staff of PKBM Az-Zahra.
The purpose of this study is to describe the success of the Solo 99 super meatball culinary business in the city of Bengkulu, as many as three subjects in this study. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The research results show that first, there is a form of success obtained during running a meatball culinary business in the form of assets such as shop houses, boarding houses, cars and motorcycles as well as gaining popularity and benefits of building an economic system in the vicinity. Second, the acquisition of meatballs culinary entrepreneurship skills education is obtained by the owner by self-taught by learning from experience, actively asking and paying attention and diligently reading books and looking for info from social media. Third, the effort to develop innovative businesses is to make new innovations in food and beverage menus and the process of making meatball balls so that they can be promoted. Fourth, the obstacle faced is the price of raw materials going up and down or unstable. Fifth, the solution made to deal with existing problems is by reducing the portion of meatballs that are sold but not too much. Keywords: Success, Business, Culinary, Meatballs
The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of English competency tests in work skills education programs at LKP Cororado English Course Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative research with as many as three research subjects and data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation techniques. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation ranging from time triangulation, subject triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of the competency test went well and in accordance with existing procedures, had adequate supporting facilities and facilities. However, the number of competency test participants who get incompetent results is due to several factors, namely the training carried out does not refer to graduate competency standards, design of learning implementation and syllabus. The training method only studies examples of existing problems. In addition, the training schedule is too tight and does not reach the minimum number of training hours, which is 144 hours.
