The change of face-to-face learning strategy online requires the readiness of all academic cavities so that the educational objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently. The study aims to describe the implementation of online learning by using the platforms of Whatsapps (WA), Classroom (CR) and Google Meet/Zoom (MZ) in a student perspective. The research was conducted with a quantitatively descriptive comparison approach, with samples amounting to 117 people (census samples). The study was conducted on a semester II student UPN Management Veteran of East Java who followed the introductory management course. The results of this study were described and concluded that the thee platforms could meet the needs of students in obtaining information and interacting with the lecturer on online learning. Each platform has advantages and disadvantages. WA Platform Economical, Classroom and M-Z need enough quota also in some geographical areas to be not smooth because of the network. Whatsapps, CR and M-Z in online learning in an outline can meet the needs of students in interacting with both verbal, visual and non-verbal. But it is less able to meet students ' needs from the human side. In-face learning is still needed and considered more effective and meets the needs of students in interacting with lecturers or other students.

The rapid development of ICT and the digital world has changed many things. Education in the new normal era must innovate to integrate ICT. This study aims to determine the digital literacy competence of Accounting students FEB UPN Veteran East Java; and Formulating strategies to improve digital literacy competencies for Accounting students of FEB UPN Veterans East Java. In addition to digital infrastructure, it is necessary to design learning models such as curriculum that is integrated with digital literacy (Stein and Graham, 2014). European Commission Digital Competency Framework 2.1 (Carretero, Vuorikari & Punie, 2018), covers five aspects, namely information/data literacy; communication/collaboration; digital content creation; security; and problem solving. This research method uses mixed methods (survey/interview). Quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that from the five aspects of digital literacy competence, Accounting students of FEB UPN Veteran Jatim were categorized both in the aspects of Information/data literacy and Communication/collaboration. Next is the aspect of creating digital content; Security; and Troubleshooting, need improvement. Strategies to improve digital literacy competence are to direct students to: think critically; using digital media; manage online identity; managing digital distractions; digital experience practice; and get out of your comfort zone.
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention at CV. Her appointment. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The research data is in the form of primary data. The research population was taken from employees of CV. The number of appointments was 121 people, and the sample taken was 55 people, the determination of which was based on a proportional random sampling technique. In this study, the determination of the sample was based on the location of the shop where the research was conducted. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The research data analysis method is Partial Least Square. The results of the study show, a) organizational commitment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention as indicated by path coefficients with a value of -0.262, and t-statistics with a value of 2.021> 1.96, which means it is significant; b) job satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention as indicated by the path coefficients worth -0.266, and t-statistics worth 2.143>1.96, meaning it is significant. In conclusion, a high level of organizational commitment can make a real contribution in reducing the level of turnover intention in CV. Her appointment. The study objectives were 1) to describe the level of digital literacy of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur's students; and 2) Developing a techno-pedagogy approach to improve digital literacy of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur's students. This research innovation is developing of a techno-pedagogy approach model and arranging a techno-pedagogy approach to improve students' digital literacy. This innovation is based on the idea of a pedagogical model which is an important aspect in achieving learning goals in the world of education. This option is to provide insight, knowledge, and solutions to integrated pedagogical problems in learning amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Data were collected from questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Among the data needed are online skills; motivation; online video/audio; internet discussion; supporting elements; ict abilities; blended learning models; teaching contents; frequencies of face-to-face meeting; regulation; culture.
