Studies about the effects of sound on the human body have been proven by various methods. Among them, we researched the sound healing tool known as singing bowl. The singing bowl is a bowl made of bronze and tin. It varies in size and thickness. One or several different singing bowls are placed either on or around the human body. The bowls are then rubbed or knocked using a small rod to produce sound. A singing bowl generates different frequencies depending on its size and thickness. The frequency vibrates the flesh and bone as well as the brain and organs of the human body. By doing so, it recovers the natural frequency of each part of the human body. Finally, we researched how the frequency generates an average frequency of some form as well as how it reacts to the human body through a brain waves analysis and a frequency analysis of the singing bowl sound.
The Korea Expressway Corporation has studied various preventive measures to prevent drowsiness driving accidents, such as providing various drowsiness driven prevention measures, establishing drowsiness rest areas, and operating alarms on drowsiness driving in highway tunnel have been implemented. Recently, the Korea Transportation Safety has also used the monitoring of the driven state (DSM-Driven State Monitoring) and the driving information of the vehicle (VDI-Vehicle Driving Information) to confirm the state of the driver in the running car and perform a drowsiness driving and We are showing good reaction by introducing a drowsiness driven prevention system which sounds vibration and warning sound. As described above, when a driver wakes up during a drowsiness operation, a warning sound plays an important role by installing it in a tunnel or in a car. In this paper, we further developed the warning sound for battle against drowsiness used in the tunnel of the existing highway and studied focusing on using inside the vehicle. This research aims to verify and further improve the warning sound part of the in-vehicle drowsiness driven prevention system which is just introduced and enforced, effectively and contribute effectively to prevent drowsiness driven accidents.
The ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) method using sound is an acoustic healing method that stimulates the human hearing by using the sound during the five senses, thereby making the mind comfortable. The acoustic characteristics of the ASMR are being used in various ways as a very quiet and calm sound. In this paper, ASMR effect of reed wind sound is studied. Experimental results show that the sound of reeds in the reed forests that run across each other by the wind shows white noise components evenly distributed over the entire bandwidth of the human audible frequency band. To check the effect of reed wind on people, we tested physical information such as blood pressure and pulse, and conducted interviews and surveys. The results of the physical examination performed while listening to the reed winds showed that healing of the mind and body was comfortable. The result of the MOS test and the interview showed that the sound of the reed winds drove the thought out and the body and mind seemed to relax. Through this study, it was numerically proved that the reed winds produced by the reed forest winds have the effect of comforting and healing people.
In Korea, there is a trot song among traditional music that mainly focuses on delivering words by voice. Most famous trot singers sing popular songs, and their popularity has lasted for decades. However, compared to song voices in their 30s and 40s, the aging voice feels dull. The song voice of an old-fashioned trot singer is hard to feel the singing of his prime due to the aging characteristics. As we get older, the spectrum bandwidth of song voices decreases. Reducing spectrum bandwidth in vocalization simplifies voices, making it difficult for listeners to fall into the song. In this paper, the characteristics of the differences were identified by comparing and analyzing the famous voice of the famous trot singer's heyday and the current voice spectrum. The voices of famous trot singers, who have been popular for more than 30 years, have been shown to have a low frequency bandwidth of −1% a year reduced, and simplified by a decrease of approximately −27% for 30 years. In conclusion, as you get older, you need to try to recover the harmonics by varying the size of the mouth.
Sinkhole is a symptom where the surface area collapses due to lack of supporting power and this is caused by erosion of rocks under the ground or washing away of soil. It is very difficult to say that this sinkhole happening in the downtown is natural but rather resulted from development of underground water, water leakage from the old water pipes buried, and subway construction. As this symptom cannot be predicted visually by looking at the surface it happens unexpectedly and thus has a high possibility of causing a lot of damage. However, active research on developing prevention system by using a special laser video or sound has been carried out. In regards to this, this study suggests methods of preventing downtown sinkhole by analyzing sound. The special feature that classifies sound made from tapping the normal surface and surface of the potential sinkhole is the resonance. If we can have a focused control over these surfaces with high potential of sinkhole we will be able to prevent any accidents taking from this.
