The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of the pedagogical process of problems and prospects for the development of state formation. The beginning of the third millennium is characterized by globalization of social development, rapprochement of nations, peoples, states, the transition of mankind from industrial to scientific and information technologies, high economic and technological systems, which are largely based on educational and intellectual potential. At the same time, the competition of regions, nations, states, and individual citizens is intensifying. State formation as a pedagogical process has common features and peculiarities for each country, people and society. Accordingly, state formation has its own characteristics. State formation is not just a process for the education system, but has the essential characteristics of the pedagogical and creative process, which absorbs an almost endless palette of conscious, unconscious and unconscious actions of the people and their elite. State formation is a historical process of state building, creation and development of its legal, political, economic, ideological, military, financial and other institutions and ensuring their functioning, which is extremely important in the modern education system. As a result, the main aspects of the pedagogical process of problems and prospects for the development of state formation were described

The paper analyzes the effect of the location of horizontal ties on the deformability of the bottom of the floating pool. The bottom of the pool is a spatial structure, which is made up of trusses connected between the goiter with the help of spacers and ties (elms). The shape and dimensions of the cross-sections for the racks, braces and girders of the trusses have been determined. Two schemes for placement of horizontal ties are proposed. Using the finite element method based on a computer simulation experiment, the influence of the location of horizontal ties on the deformability of the pool bottom was investigated. Numerical values of deflections were calculated for different schemes of arrangement of elms. The optimal layout of connections, which ensures minimal deflections of the bottom, has been identified. The nature and features of the deformation of the bottom of the pool with two schemes for the location of the elms were determined.
The paper studied the elemental composition of lead alloys of appendage stamps and seals of Middle Ages, and the influence of impurity elements in the alloy and conditions for long-term storage of monuments on the course of corrosion processes and the formation of patina phase composition. Due to the influence of salts of orthophosphoric, hydrochloric and carbonate acids dissolved in the water environment on the artifacts surface patina coating is produced formed mainly of pyromorphite or pyromorphite and lead carbonate mixture. It was found that the corrosion rate of monuments depends essentially on the total content of Zn, Cd, Sn and Fe in lead alloy, which provide the protect for the main metal due to the electrochemical oxidation. Pink and brown colour of patina of certain attractions is associated with the pink colour of pyromorphite, which it takes as a result of isomorphic substitution of a small number of Pb atoms on Fe (III) ones. A colour of patine coating also depends on the content FeO, FeOOH and PbCO3∙Pb(OH)2.
