With this diagnostic study, it is intended to identify an area of opportunity that allows reducing the academic lag in the municipality, offering the Bachelor of Administration program in more flexible schedules, because the modalities currently offered are not sufficient for those people who are currently working and have suspended their studies for some personal reason, providing the opportunity to those workers or the general public interested in improving themselves by completing a bachelor's degree that allows them to access better working and salary conditions. The results of the present investigation allow us to glimpse the opportunity to reduce the dropout rate of the bachelor's degree in administration, which is one of those that presents the greatest demand in the economic-administrative area.
This article identifies, supports and interrelates the basic areas of knowledge of the Accounting Degree, as well as the labor trend of the students of this career, taking as a sample the students of the sixth semester morning shift of the Accounting and Administration Academic Unit forming a total of 35 students; This research has a qualitative-quantitative, descriptive, bibliographic, field approach, using the Google -Question processor as a tool, as well as Excel, in this research interesting results were found among others that about 29% of the respondents want to work in any of the three levels of government, which represents a problem, since the government cannot accept that percentage of graduates to work life, at the end of this investigation a proposal is made to the problem detected.
Las entidades federativas tienen como objetivo lograr el bienestar de la ciudadanía. Parte de ello es crear los mecanismos necesarios para generar ingresos propios y lograr el bien común. Actualmente, los procesos recaudatorios de las entidades federativas deben ser acordes a las capacidades de sus contribuyentes, manteniendo un desempeño ideal. Este estudio fue realizado en el estado de Nayarit, donde se analizó el actuar gubernamental tomando en cuenta indicadores de ingresos durante el periodo del 2015 al 2019. Para ello, se empleó una metodología de tipo descriptiva no experimental tomando como muestra cuatro indicadores de ingresos mediante mínimos al cuadrado. Entre los principales resultados resalta una basta dependencia de la aportación federal para sufragar los gastos del estado, lo que a su vez evidencia un deficiente sistema de recaudación y, por ende, una baja generación de ingresos propios durante el periodo del año 2015 al 2019.
La eficiencia y eficacia son partes importantes al momento de dar un servicio. Ahora bien, para un gobierno del Estado que debe tener como objetivo mejorar sus procesos en la captación de ingresos propios, debe ser mayor. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo conocer si la percepción de los contribuyentes en el trámite de control vehicular se relaciona con los ingresos propios captados en la Recaudación de Rentas de Tepic. La finalidad es proponer mejoras en la gestión de captación de ingresos propios para el Estado de Nayarit, México. Para el desarrollo de la investigación, se empleó una metodología no experimental de tipo descriptivo relacional con una muestra de 97 contribuyentes que acudieron a la recaudación mencionada. Se utilizó un instrumento en escala de Likert, teniendo como principales resultados que los ingresos propios se relacionan con las facilidades administrativas y la percepción del marco legal. Se concluye que la generación o captación de ingresos propios para un estado tiene relación con la gestión o políticas que un gobierno aplica mediante las facilidades administrativas.
