Cel pracyWirtualna rzeczywistość (ang. Virtual reality - VR) znajduje szerokie zastosowanie w psychiatrii, w tym w zaburzeniach psychotycznych. Główną zaletą VR jest jej wysoka trafność ekologiczna i możliwość kontroli środowiska wirtualnego. Naszym głównym celem było zbadanie, czy podobnie do komputerowo generowanej VR, VR w formie filmów 360 stopni jest w stanie wywołać stan paranoi u podatnych osób.MetodaSzesnastu pacjentów ze schizofrenią i dwadzieścia trzy osoby zdrowe zbadano za pomocą Skali Lęku Społecznego Leibowitza, a dodatkowo w grupie pacjentów zastosowano Skalę Syndromu Pozytywnego i Negatywnego (PANSS-6) oraz Skalę Urojeń Petersa (PDI). Przy pomocy gogli VR uczestnicy oglądali cztery filmy 360 stopni zawierające i niezawierające sytuacje społeczne. W międzyczasie dokonywano ciągłego pomiaru akcji serca badanych.
