RESUMO:A pesquisa teve por objetivo geral investigar a avaliação das famílias a respeito dos resultados das políticas de educação especial, implantadas na rede municipal de São Gonçalo (RJ) a partir de 2009, na vida escolar de seus filhos. Realizou-se pesquisa de campo utilizando entrevista semiestruturada, analisada na perspectiva da análise categorial de Bardin. Os resultados demonstraram que na avaliação das mães entrevistadas as políticas, mesmo não universalizadas, com indícios de que precisam melhor atender aos alunos com deficiência intelectual (DI), colaboram para a vida escolar dos alunos.Palavras-chave: Educação Especial. Social and educational thought: school design and evaluation of inclusion by mothers of disabled students in São GonçaloABSTRACT: The research had as general objective to investigate the assessment of families regarding the results in the school life of their children, the special education policies implemented in the city of São Gonçalo/RJ from 2009. We conducted field research using semi-structured interviews, analyzed in terms of categorical analysis of Bardin. In the evaluation of mothers interviewed the results showed that the policy collaborate positively in the life of students, although isn't universalized and evidence needs to better serve students with intellectual disabilities.
RESUMOO presente artigo tem como objeto de estudo o mito da democracia racial na Educação Infantil e nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, tendo como ponto de partida a obra de Gilberto Freyre Casa Grande e Senzala, de onde se origina a ideia de democracia racial e a análise do currículo escolar diante dessa negativa social, bem como a normativa que torna obrigatório o ensino da cultura e o legado dos povos afrodescendentes; a lei 11.645/08 tem sido abordada nas práxis escolares e até na construção delas por meio do currículo real, oficial e oculto.
