This study aimed to analyze the effect of job stress on job performance and job satisfaction by mediating work engagement. This study uses Job Stress as the independent variable, Job Performance and Job Satisfaction as the dependent variables, and Work Engagement as the mediating variable. Data collection from 311 print and online media journalists in Jakarta. The data collection technique in this study used purposive sampling, and the research instrument used a questionnaire sent via Google Form. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS 22 method. The results show a positive and significant effect of job stress on work engagement but negatively affects job performance and insignificant job satisfaction. Work engagement has a positive effect on job performance and job satisfaction. The results of this study are to maintain the effect of Job Stress on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction mediated by Work Engagement on journalists in Jakarta due to the implementation of the WFH policy as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Penelitian ini menggunakan Job Stress sebagai variabel bebas, Job Performance dan Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel terikat, dan Work Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 311 responden yang merupakan wartawan di media cetak dan online yang bekerja di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dikirimkan melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan job stress terhadap work engagement tetapi berpengaruh negative terhadap job performance dan tidak signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan work engagement terhadap job performance. Work engagement berpengaruh posisit fan terhadap job satisfaction dan job satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mempertahankan pengaruh Job Stress terhadap Job Performance dan Job Satisfaction yang dimediasi Work Engagement pada wartawan di Jakarta akibat penerapan kebijakan WFH sebagai dampak pandemi COVID-19. Job performance of employees from the millennial generation is starting to be studied a lot because the proportion is starting to increase. Leadership style and job satisfaction are factors that are suspected to affect job performance. This study aims to examine the effect of ethical leadership, authentic leadership on job performance mediated by job satisfaction. This study was a cross-sectional design involving 350 millennial generation employees at the Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Main Service Office, which were selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that ethical leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction and negative effect on job performance, but not significant. Meanwhile, authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but not significantly on job performance. In addition, this study also finds that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance and acts as a mediator in the influence of authentic leadership and ethical leadership on job performance. These results build and enrich models of the influence of ethical leadership, authentic leadership, job satisfaction on job performance in existing. Job performance pegawai dari generasi milenial menjadi hal yang mulai banyak diteliti karena proporsinya mulai meningkat. Gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor yang ditengarai memengaruhi job performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh ethical leadership, authentic leadership terhadap job performance yang dimediasi job satisfaction. Penelitian ini berdesain crosssectional yang melibatkan 350 pegawai generasi milenial Kantor Pelayanan Utama Tipe A Bea dan Cukai Tanjung Priok yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ethical leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction dan negatif terhadap job performance, tetapi tidak signifikan. Sementara itu, authentic leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap job performance Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mendapatkan bahwa job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance dan berperan sebagai mediator dalam pengaruh authentic leadership dan ethical leadership terhadap job performance. Hasil ini membangun dan memperkaya model pengaruh ethical leadership, authentic leadership, job satisfaction terhadap job performance yang sudah ada. Selain itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar atasan memiliki kepribadian yang disenangi bawahan, sehingga berdampak pada job satisfaction dan job performance bawahan. Planet Nufo Islamic boarding school provides advocacy to students who are financially unable to pay the cost of education. The purpose of this research is to know the empowerment of students through prophetic philanthropreneur that is being run by the Planet Nufo Islamic Boarding School. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The research location is at the Planet Nufo Islamic Boarding School (Nurul Furqon), Mlagen Pamotan Village, Rembang. How to collect data using interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were the pesantren caregivers, the director of Nufo Farm) and the principal. The results of this study indicate that Islamic boarding schools develop various business fields which are grouped into four types of business units, namely those in the fields of animal husbandry, agriculture, processing, and educational tourism.
Pada Tahun 2007 Pemerintah Melalui Kementerian Sosial RI meluncurkan program pengentasan kemiskinan yaitu Program Keluarga Harapan, Tentunya dalam menjalankan Program ini diperlukan Sumber Daya Manusia sebagai penggerak Program. pengambilan data awal ditemui menurunnya motivasi, kompensasi yang tidak sesuai tidak didukung kompetensi yang tinggi serta isu tentang kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan di Provinsi NTT dengan jumlah populasi 1.424 Pendamping PKH. Dengan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah 300 orang. Adapun Analisis data digunakan Metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Dan akan menggunakan bantuan Perangkat lunak AMOS versi 23 dan menggunakan SPSS 21 untuk analisis deskriptif. Dari standard estimated untuk motivasi kerja variabel (X1), kompensasi (X2), kompetensi (X3), Kepuasan Kerja (Y) maka persamaan struktural dapat dibuat seperti ini: Y1=0,421*X1+0,367*X2+0,057*X3, Errorvar= 0,577, R-square = 0,423 pengaruh tidak langsung kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator kinerja Y2 = 0,515*Y1+0,125* X1+0,197*X2+0,043*X3, Errorvar= 0,479, R-square = 0,521. Hasil analisis secara langsung motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kepusan kerja sebagai variabel bebas memberikan pengaruh yang simultan terhadap variabel kinerja, ditemui tingkat signifikansi yang rendah antara variabel kompetensi terhadap kinerja. variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui hubungan tidak langsung, demikian juga hubungan kompetensi terhadap kinerja. variabel kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh, motivasi kerja, kompensasi, kompetensi mempunyai hubungan simultan sebesar 42.3%, sedangkan 57.7% dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini. Untuk variabel kinerja dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, kompensasi, kompetensi secara bersama-sama dengan presentasi 52.1%, sisanya adalah 47.9% dipengaruh variabel tambahan yang dalam penelitian ini tidak dikaji.
Abstract-Both teachers and students have become numb to conventional classroom presentations, where they are confronted with slide after slide containing too much information in quick, disjointed succession. Prezi's zooming presentation opens up the classroom to active learning and interactivity, making lessons understandable, memorable, and fun. It causes the researchers to be interested to develop teaching media based on Prezi zooming presentation. This study aimed to describe the validity, the practicality, and the effectiveness of the teaching media. This study was a research and development which refers to the 4-D model. The subjects of the tryout were students of a class X of SMAN 9 Banjarmasin. The results showed that (1) the validity of the teaching media was at valid category, (2) the practicality of the teaching media was at very good category, and (3) the effectiveness of the teaching media was at high category. It can be concluded that Prezi media is eligible to use in the learning process.
