Notre objectif est d'étudier l'apport d'une mesure de risques psychosociaux, créée à partir de la catégorisation des risques psychosociaux du Collège d'expertise présidé par Gollac, par rapport à une mesure de contraintes psychosociales et organisationnelles, dans la prédiction du mal-être au travail d'une population de soignants. Sept cents cinquante-sept professionnels de santé ont répondu à un questionnaire composé de mesures des risques psychosociaux, des contraintes psychosociales et organisationnelles spécifiques aux personnels soignants, du stress et du burnout. Les résultats indiquent que la mesure des risques psychosociaux permet de prédire davantage de stress et de burnout que la mesure des contraintes psychosociales et organisationnelles.
