Reactions of free radicals’ formation are integral parts of many metabolic processes in the body, but in a number of states under the influence of external and internal factors there occurs intensification of these reactions accompanied by excessive generation of phagocytizing blood cells activity (PBCA), therefore the study of the antioxidant activity of biological fluids is of clinical (diagnostic, predictive) value. The component analysis of the blood chemiluminescent kinetics of Bous Taurus of different age and sex groups was carried out. The functional activity of venous unfractionated blood cells taken from the jugular vein was evaluated by the Tono-Oke method using the “Chemiluminometer CL-3604” hardware-software complex. The analysis of the chemiluminescent kinetics of PBCA generation and the state of the organism was evaluated by the method of Magrisso M.Y. A component analysis of the blood chemiluminescent kinetics of animals of different sex, age and physiological state revealed a number of specific characteristics and pointed out the relationship between some parameters that can complete the picture of the antioxidant potential possibilities.
Portfolio models can serve as an assessment tool for the optimal assignment of capital between the potential investment projects in the various conditions for upstream companies. This process is crucial for any company if it wants to balance the short-term goals and seeks to maximize longterm value of the company. The paper aims to present a practical model of forming oil upstream company's portfolio. The unique feature of this model is an individual approach to investment plan forming in a context of three types of projects: Exploration, oil production and infrastructure projects. This is due to the individual approach which is used for comparison of all projects by using of universal set of indicators. Suggested model uses the multi-criteria selection mechanism by means of aggregating the key estimating indicators into the final project rank score. In that way the task of forming investment project's portfolio of upstream company is a linear programming problem that is solved by simplex method. In the paper the model forms consolidated investment portfolio that takes into account decision makers' preferences in setting of limits for resources.
The immunogenetic characteristics of cattle blood groups are their high variability and heterogeneity. Population processes that occur under the influence of selection pressure can be estimated on the basis of the analysis of the antigen-frequency characteristics of blood groups. Using specific herds as an example, statistical indicators were calculated, and the choice of a statistical method for identifying micropopulation processes was rationalized. A two-sample Student’s t-test for paired samples on the basis of immunogenetic indicators helped to establish differences between populations and identify processes in blood group systems.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
