Kurikulum yang diterapkan program studi S1 Teknik Mesin Unesa adalah kurikulum merdeka belajar dengan berfokus pada luaran atau Outcome Based Education (OBE). Karena berdasar luaran, maka luaran berupa pengetahuan (knowledge) dan keahlian (skill) harus dapat diukur (concretely measurable). Untuk mendapatkan hasil pengukuran yang baik diperlukan model evaluasi yang sesuai. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu menemukan model evaluasi pembelajaran dengan basis OBE yang sesuai untuk diterapkan pada program studi S1 Teknik Mesin Unesa. Jenis dari penelitian yaitu kualitatif yang menggunakan metode FGD atau Focus Group Discussion sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya. Luaran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah metode evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis OBE. Capaian pembelajaran lulusan atau program learning otcome (PLO) Program Studi S1 Teknik Mesin Unesa dibuat mengikuti standar yang telah ditentukan oleh Badan Kerjasama Teknik Mesin (BKSTM), lembaga akreditasi, dan dapat memenuhi tujuan program studi (PEO). PLO program studi S1 Teknik Mesin Unesa berjumlah 10 poin yang mencakup kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Model evaluasi pembelajaran mengukur ketercapaian PLO oleh matakuliah dengan pembagian kriteria excellent, very good, good, very satisfy, satisfy, fair, poor, very poor, fail. Puli crackers are an SME business in Indonesia which has a fairly good protein composition and is usually used as souvenirs of Madura. The problems of most Indonesia’s SMEs are still using manual labour with makeshift equipment. and the assistant machines available in the market have a large capacity so they are not easy to use on a household scale with small electrical capacity. The development method used in the design of an energy-efficient general-purpose cutting machine is engineering design until test and evaluate prototype stage. The engine capacity is 1,065 gr/s at the 2nd or 3rd 24 V dimmer speed setting. The result of this design process is the selection of an electric motor driven machine that is adjusted to the required power with reduced direct transmission in order to be able to cut the cracker dough.
