В работе рассматривается математическая модель элементарной ячейки таламокортикальной сети и характерные для нее динамические режимы, описывающие взаимодействие таламуса, ретикулярных ядер таламуса и коры.В таламокортикальной системе при нормальной обработке информации происходит стробирование входного сигнала во времени. Нарушение нормального функционирования приводит к эпилепсии, когда восприятие информации нарушается. Рассмотрение данной системы приведет к пониманию закономерностей нарушения восприятия человека, чему соответствуют автоколебания в таламокортикальной сети.Сосредоточенная математическая модель описывается системой трех дифференциальных уравнений. Для данной системы строится трехмерное фазовое пространство, позволяющее отслеживать изменения «состояний равновесия» системы при изменениях параметров.Анализ такой системы впервые производится с использованием трехмерного фазового пространства; рассматривается поведение траекторий изображающих точек, и становится наглядным изображение состояний равновесия системы. Из-за большого количества параметров системы построение такого пространства даёт возможность предсказывать развитие системы в последующие моменты времени при любых параметрах.Проведена классификация динамических режимов в системе (невозбужденный, возбужденный и автоколебания) в зависимости от величины постоянного внешнего сигнала, поступающего на таламус. Показано, что отклик системы состоит из первого импульса и следующих за ним импульсов автоколебаний, период которых отличается от длительности первого импульса. Исследована зависимость характерных времен первого импульсного отклика и периода автоколебаний от величины внешнего сигнала.Численный анализ модели показал существование U-образной зависимости длительности первого импульса и уменьшение периода автоколебаний в ответ на
