The Veterinary Clinic Medical Record Information System (Case Study: Veterinary Clinic Drh. I Dewa Made Anom) is a responsive website-based information system with PHP programming language, MariaDB database and Bootstrap framework that aims to provide information and access to medical records at the Veterinary Clinic of Drh. I Dewa Made Anom. In this system there are two users, namely admin as website manager and patient data and animal owners as website users. This system goes through several stages and uses the waterfall method designed with ERD, DFD, context diagrams and conceptual databases. The test method used is the blackbox method with the result that this system runs according to the design and user needs. Testing the target users of the system was carried out by distributing a questionnaire to thirty-two respondents with the result that the system was categorized as "Very Good" with a score of 96%.
Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemahaman dan implementasi digital entrepreneurship melalui pelatihan startup digital di kalangan remaja. Pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan pelatihan dalam merancang ide dan business plan dengan kriteria target pencapaian 80-100%. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 orang yang berasal dari seka truna-truni di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan secara luring dengan melibatkan akademisi dan praktisi. Kegitan ini dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan kerja yaitu; Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Observasi, Evaluasi dan Refleksi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelatihan konsep startup, merancang ide startup dan menyusun business plan adalah sebesar 36% dan setelah kegiatan meningkat menjadi 64% dengan kategori sangat baik. Seluruh peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dan kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berlangsung secara berkesinambungan.
Scheduling is the most important thing in Instasi, at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center hotel. In this system AC maintenance scheduling is intended for staff technicians at BNDCC hotels. In BNDCC, scheduling still uses a manual system using bookkeeping so that ac maintenance scheduling takes a long time and the resulting schedule information is less effective because the process tends to take a long time and the information generated is less accurate. The purpose of this study is to apply a genetic algorithm to solve optimization problems in scheduling ac maintenance. Genetic algorithms present candidate solutions randomly, then evaluate using the fitness function and then do a selection, then cross-move and mutase. After a few generations the genetic algorithm produces the best schedule. Scheduling In making this scheduling system uses the development of the waterfall method and is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the Hypertext Prepprocessing (php) programming language and MySQL as a database. In the scheduling system it has a generate function that generates an AC maintenance schedule automatically. With the scheduling system, the scheduling process can be done quickly and effectively. Besides the scheduling system that is built to display the overall schedule, namely Day, Time, Room, Technician and Job. At the final stage of testing, the system is tested using the blackbox testing method and all tests performed have obtained the appropriate results.
Semakin banyak jumlah apotek dalam suatu lokasi tentu memberikan dampak positif bagi kehidupan masyarakat sekitarnya. Namun kenyataannya dengan jumlah apotek yang banyak tanpa informasi yang relevan dan akurat mengenai tata letak dan lokasi penyebaran justru menimbulkan kebingungan bagi masyarakat sekitarnya. Kesulitan menemukan lokasi apotek dalam suatu wilayah area tertentu sering terjadi di mana – mana terutama di provinsi Bali, sehingga mengakibatkan sejumlah apotek di Bali tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan farmasi masyarakat. Sebuah sistem informasi geografis yang menggunakan cloud computing berbasis software as a service (SAAS) yang dapat memberikan list obat pada setiap apotek di Bali serta memberikan informasi tentang lokasi apotek yang ada di Bali menjadi sebuah pemecah masalah tersebut. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram dan Firebase Database sehingga data dapat ditampilkan secara realtime. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada sistem ini menggunakan metode black box testing.
