The research that examines the effect of guided inquiry learning models on science learning outcomes has been done a lot, but the results of these studies have not received further study to be summarized and re-tested the effectiveness of the effects of the learning model used. This study aimed to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning models on the science learning outcomes of elementary students. This research was library research with meta-analysis data analysis techniques. The subjects of this study were 7 research articles from various Sinta accredited research journals. Data collection used literature study techniques which were followed by reviewing articles related to the research topic. This study analyzed the effect size of each article. The results of the analysis of the value of each research article obtained the highest value of 1.34, which is included in the large category and there is a research article obtaining a value of 0.78 which has a medium category. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the guided inquiry learning model has a great influence on improving the learning outcomes of elementary school science students. It also reinforces the results of previous research which states the guided inquiry learning model has a positive effect on improving science learning outcomes of elementary school students.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kualitas hasil pengembangan instrumen penilaian kompetensi pengetahuan IPA siswa kelas V SD Gugus Dewi Sartika Kecamatan Denpasar Timur Kota Denpasar tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model dari Borg & Gall. Model Borg & Gall terdiri atas empat tahapan dengan tujuh langakh langkah penting yaitu tahap satu yang terdiri dari dua yaitu memunculkan ide/gagasan lalu melaksanakan survey lapangan maupun kepustakaan. Tahap kedua merupakan tahap pengembangan. Tahap ketiga merupakan tahap uji coba produk secara terbatas dan bila memungkinkan dilanjutkan dengan uji coba secara luas. Tahap keempat adalah tahap validasi produk yang terdiri atas pengujian validasi produk serta kegiatan desiminasi dan pelaporan. pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Keempat tahapan model pengembangan ini dijadikan acuan dalam memproduksi dan memvalidasi instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan. Validasi instrument penilaian dilakukan oleh dua ahli isi mata pelajaran dan 65 siswa untuk uji coba lapangan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode tes. Instrumen tes yang digunakan berupa tes objektif pilihan ganda untuk menilai kompetensi pengetahuan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah uji validitas isi sebesar 1.00 termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, uji validitas butir dihasilkan 32 butir tes valid, uji reliabilitas tes sebesar 0,816 termasuk kriteria sangat tinggi, analisis daya beda soal tidak diperoleh soal dengan kriteria sangat baik, 13 soal cukup baik, 3 soal baik, dan 16 soal kurang baik, analisis tingkat kesukaran diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 13 soal dengan kriteria mudah dan 19 soal dengan kriteria sedang.
Abstract The purpose of this paper is to find out about the transfer of land rights over and examine the position of the Traditional Village as the owner of land rights based on Indonesian positive law. Normative legal research is used in this study. The approach used is the statute approach and the conceptual approach. Based on the analysis carried out, it was found that the provisions for the transfer of land rights are based on Law 5/1960 and PP No.24/1997 which can be interpreted as a legal act of transferring land rights that is intentionally carried out so that the rights are released from all holders and are transferred to other parties. The customary village as the owner of land rights is reviewed based on positive Indonesian law, namely that it can be domiciled as the subject of the owner of land rights which is usually found through purchasing efforts with village funds or other businesses. However, there are still potential disputes over efforts to certify customary village land. Abstrak Studi ini ditujukan ialah guna mengetahui tentang peralihan hak atas tanah dan mengkaji tentang kedudukan Desa Adat sebagai pemilik hak atas tanah berdasarkan hukum positif Indonesia. Penelitian hukum normatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah statute approach dan conceptual approach. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa ketentuan peralihan hak atas tanah didasarkan pada UU 5/1960 dan PP No.24/1997 yang dapat diartikan sebagai perbuatan hukum pemindahan hak atas tanah yang sengaja dilakukan agar hak itu terlepas dari pemegangnya dan beralih ke pihak lain. Desa adat sebagai pemilik hak atas tanah ditinjau berdasarkan hukum positif Indonesia ialah dapat berkedudukan sebagai subyek pemilik hak atas tanah yang biasa didapati melalui usaha usaha pembelian dengan dana desa maupun usaha lainnya. Kendati demikian masih terdapat potensi sengketa atas upaya pensertifikatan tanah desa adat.
