Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dunia digital dan internet tentu juga berimbas pada dunia pemasaran. digital marketing ini lebih prospektif karena memungkinkan para calon pelanggan memperoleh segala macam informasi mengenai produk dan bertransaksi melalui internet. Penjualan Makaroni Bajak Laut selama ini mengharuskan konsumen yang ingin memesan atau membeli produk untuk datang langsung ke lokasi atau memesan lewat WhatsApp untuk melihat produk yang akan dibeli.Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memeberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada UMKM Makaroni Bajak Laut tentang implementasi Digital Marketing sebagai strategi dalam memasarkan produk. Tahap pelatihan dan pendampingan terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan yaitu: (1) Pengenalan packaging dan branding, (2) Dokumentasi produk, (3) Pengenalan sosial media, (4) Pengenalan marketplace, (5) Menerima pesanan dan mengirim barang. Hasil dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah UMKM Makaroni Bajak Laut memiliki sosial media dan marketplace sebagai alat untuk melakukan promosi produk dan pemilik UMKM Makaroni Bajak Laut memiliki pemahaman tentang Digital Marketing serta mampu mengelola sosial media dan marketplace yang dimiliki.
Tambakrejo Village is one of the developed villages thanks to MSMEs. However, the business development and marketing methods applied by MSMEs there are mostly still traditional where marketing is only at outlets or around, and it is rare to find sales there utilizing digitization and the many businesses that do not have permits such as PIRT, NIB, and halal certification. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to optimize e-business and digital marketing in Tambakrejo village so that MSMEs there are more developed along with technological developments. This PKM activity was carried out intensively for 1 month in February 2023 with a schedule agreed between the writing team and the fostered partners. From the results of the intensive activities that have been carried out, it is possible to obtain satisfactory results, the community is able to develop their business and have social media in order to increase their product branding and with assistance from the Social Service their businesses have business licenses such as PIRT, NIB, and halal certification. From the results of the PKM activities that have been carried out, it is hoped that this program can be continued by the local village government so that the fostered partners will develop further. Ganezza Bakery is a commercial Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) established in 2017 and located on Jl. Tambak Asri No. 4. Ganezza Bakery sells and accepts orders for various breads and cakes. Based on the results of observations and interviews, Ganezza Bakery MSME have not implemented digital marketing in their marketing, so their marketing is still carried out traditionally. MSME are known to the public through customers who have bought their products and the surrounding community. As a result, small-scale marketing is less than optimal. Where in reality, currently business people, especially MSME, must be able to stay updated by keeping abreast of developments in information technology by implementing online sales or through social media or online shopping. Through online marketing can help increase public knowledge about Ganezza Bakery MSME. Prospective consumers can find information more easily without having to travel long distances to reach the MSME Ganezza Bakery store. Marketing activities on the Internet are also more efficient and effective than direct marketing, such as opening stores or participating in trade shows at home and abroad. In addition, online marketing steps do not require a lot of time, energy, and material so it is easier to implement.
The purpose of this research is to know the development of business in the digital era. Today, around 150 million smartphone users in Indonesia have used internet through the search engine or social media technology to reach any information they need. The method used in this research was the descriptive method to present a complete overview of the situation related to some variable situations which were examined. The result of this research was to identify how far digital marketing could help in developing business. The research was done by discussing the interesting of product look, payment transaction system, reservation system for buying a product, and how far the attraction is between producer and customers in social media. This research can be used as a reference for beginners who want to start a business by utilizing digital marketing as their business development in order to face global competition.
