Zusammenfassung
Nach einer Übersicht über alle 11 Erkrankungen durch Microsporum gypseum in Ungarn wird auf die 6 in den letzten 3 Jahren beobachteten Fälle besonders hingewiesen. Alle Falle waren mikroskopisch im Nativpräparat positiv.
Auch die Erkrankung der Fuftnagel bei einer 39jährigen Patientin verdient be‐sondere Erwähnung, da es sich hierbei um den zweiten bisher mitgeteilten Fall der Weltliteratur handelt. Über den ersten Fall von Onychomykose durch M. gypseum hatte Fegeler berichtet.
Die Isolierung von M. gypseum gelang auf Sabouraud‐Glucose‐Agar, nach Zu‐satz von 30–50 γ/ml Desertomycin. In vitro konnte nachgewiesen werden, daßalle isolierten Stämme mit Hilfe perforierender Organe menschliches Haar angreifen.
