This study aims to develop an e-module based on a flipbook maker in the subject of Public Relations and Protocol Governance Automation to improve learning outcomes for class XII students of the Office Governance Automation Expertise Program at SMK PGRI 6 Malang. The model used by the researcher is Research and Development (RnD) with the Borg and Gall development model. Research and development used in research can be in the form of conceptual models, theoretical models, and procedural models. This study uses two types of data, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data consists of two types, namely data that comes from the results of the validation assessment of the flipbook maker-based e-module product by the validator. Qualitative research data, namely comments and suggestions from the subject of research trials and product development of flipbook maker-based e-modules. the results of the validation of material experts are 88, 33% are very valid, module experts are 91, 25% are very valid and field trials are 87, 27% are very valid.
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkansebuah media pembelajaran visual berupa explosion box yang layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarpeserta didik pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi. Materi yang digunakan pada media adalah KD 3.6 Menerapkan Tata Cara Pembuatan Surat Pribadi. Jenispenelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan penelitianpengembangan dengan model Sugiyono. Penelitiandilakukan di SMKN 2 Blitar. Hasil penelitian ini adalahmedia yang dikembangkan dengan kualitas yang sangat layak dan dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaranKorespondensi, karena hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli media memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 3,81 dan 3,78 dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil angketpengguna pada uji coba produk dan uji coba pemakaianmemperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 3,82 dan 3,74 dengan kategori “sangat baik”.
The purpose of this business development is to optimize the position of state university of Malang as one of the existing education meccas in Indonesia, which can provide standardization and optimization of vocational education and higher education, so that the direct impact of this goal is the commercialization of business in the field of specialization, namely education management and becoming income-generating which exists as a supporter of the status of PTNBH State University of Malang. The urgency of this business development in the long term is to increase and develop the capabilities of prospective workers in order to compete according to the needs in the industrial world, and also the need to create a sustainable education environment that can be in accordance with the needs of the times. The stages of business development are Ideating, Concepting, Committing, Validating, Scaling, Establishing. The results of this study are in the form of a website that is integrated with office practicum material as a learning KIT and improving the quality of learning as a role to improve the competence of prospective workers.
The role of organizations, businesses, and governments in achieving their goals is primarily determined by implementing activities through an office. Office workers in Indonesia who come from Vocational High Schools and Universities were majoring in Office Governance Automation. Along with the development of technological processes, it also impacts more effective office processes through office automation. However, the result of a very dynamic world of technological adaptation still cannot be followed by preparing an appropriate workforce in the office world. Based on this context, the research team initiated the development of an office administration simulation system based on cloud integrated learning which is present as an innovation that directly answers the needs in the field based on simulator applications to improve the quality of office vocational education, especially by using integrated learning technology that can answer the needs of the world of work.
