The development of companies in the digital era especially product business in Indonesia is now increasingly prominent in complexity, competition, change, and uncertainty so that the company's marketing and sales systems have not reached a maximal capacity due to the lack of superior and appropriate strategy. The researcher considered several alternatives using SWOT analysis and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to overcome these problems. The results showed that using the SWOT-AHP Analysis, it was found that the Strength parameter got the highest score by 53% and Opportunity parameter by 21%. Through the SWOT sub-criteria, it was found that the Strenghts priority were S2 (Registered patent) with a score of 0.53, S1 (New product) with a score of 0.29, S3 (Mechanical technology) with a score of 0.28, respectively. While weaknesses priority were W2 (inoptimal product promotion) with a score of 0.63, W1 (product not widely known) with a score of 0.37. In addition, the Opportunities Priority were the order of O2 (market share's openness) with a score of 0.52, O3 (More efficient products) with a score of 0.29, and O1 (Switching products from manual to automatic) with a score 0.19. And finally, the Threats priority were T1 (raw material) with a score of 0.53, T2 (price competition) with a score of 0.26 and T3 (product fraud) with a score of 0.21. The top priority of leading marketing strategy are by increasing product quality by 39.3%, while the second priority is marketing cooperation by 21.4%, the third is the pricing strategy by 20.5% and the last is promotion by 14.8%.
Along development of technology from time to time, makes the shipping sector have experienced development. This made the Indonesian geverment place the maritime sector into a priority program in national development. The development of ships occur from various scopes, this things takes the development of ships in terms of the number of hulls such as single hull (monohull), double hull (catamaran), and with three hulls (trimaran). This research uses a literature method that will analyze the results of previous research related to the ship’s performance. The purpose of this research to determine the best performance between ships with monohull, catamaran and also trimaran forms. The results of this research are expected to be a basic reference for selecting the ship’s hull to be fabricated in the future, whether in terms of tourism, military, etc. the results of this research indicate in terms of stability ships with trimaran hulls have good stability among others. This is because trimaran ships have a larger surface area than monohull and catamaran. With the ratio of the width and height of the ship makes the catamaran have good stability. In terms of resistance, catamaran ships have the smallest resistance than others, but this influenced by the demihull distance factor which makes the waves formed from each hull not collide with each other. In terms of seakeeping, the catamaran is the best in case of heaving, rolling and pitching conditions from all heading angles.
The country of Indonesia is a country of export and import of international trade goods. A cargo ship is a type of ship that carries cargo from one port to another. To meet the needs of international trade must carry out various patterns of ship maintenance by carrying out maintenance. The problem is that conventional propellers are currently installed, at high rotations there can be cavitation of air bubbles around the propeller which decreases propeller efficiency. To improve the conditions above, a Ducted Propeller was installed. From the matching calculations that have been done, the propeller that suits the needs of the ship is a Ka 3.65 type using a ducted propeller. By using a Ka 3.65 type propeller. The power needed is 2239.99 kW the efficiency that can be achieved is 55%, sfoc 214 g / kW, and the speed of the ship will be 16.09 knots at 100% rotation of the propeller, and at 85% the power needed 1375.84 kW, sfoc 214 g / kW, speed reaches 9.88 knots. The difference in speed between conventional blades with type B 4.55 with type Ka 3.65 that uses a cort nozzle is 16.09 knots-13.05 knots = 3.04 knots. Or you can experience a speed increase of (3.04 / 13.05) x100 = 23.29.
PT. XYZ in Surabaya is engaged in the production of commercial ships, providing ship repair and maintenance services as well as general engineering with specifications based on orders. Along with the development of the technology industry, ship production requires every shipyard to evaluate the system used. The time delay is the problem of building a 60 meter commercial ship. The Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) is a method for scheduling project time and showing critical trajectories of project activities. The results showed that in the project scheduling, there are 13 activities that have a zero value or critical activity which are activities Hull Fabrication, Hull Sub Assembly, Hull Assembly, Hull Erection, Blasting and Painting Raw Material, Finishing Hull, Anode, Machinery Outfitting, Cabling, Computing and Information, Machinery Commisioning, Equipment Commisioning, Harbour Acceptance Test, Yard Trial, Delivery to Customer So that it needs more strict control and supervision from the contractor in carrying out the activities of the 60 meter commercial ship building project activities for each activity/activity so that it does not experience delays and the project can be completed on time.
The use of steel (armor) in military vehicle designs is increasingly dominating and is predicted to continue to increase in the future as research and material engineering are carried out. This is a necessity considering that armored military vehicles must be required to have high anti-ballistic capabilities, but on the other hand, of course, still have agility in maneuvering on the operating field. Optimal ballistic performance is closely related to material strength, material constituent content, material hardness and high strain rate behavior of materials used in military vehicles. Currently, the most widely used armor materials are RHA (Rolled Homogeneous Armor) and High Hardness Steel (HB 550). RHA itself is often used for armored vehicles because of its ability to absorb and deflect kinetic energy from ammunition / ballistics. This right is because RHA is a homogeneous plate that has the same hardness and structure throughout because it involves a new process called rolling. Meanwhile, HB 550 is known to have a fine grain microstructure, high level of hardness and toughness obtained from the alloying process of two types of steel, namely high strength low alloy steel (HSLA) and wootz steel and followed by quenching technology. From the results of studies and literature reviews, it is known that in RHA steel, ballistic resistance is closely related to the adiabatic shear band transformation due to softening and thermal strain associated with the collision moment that occurs. While on the HB 550, it is recommended that the minimum thickness value of the plate to produce an optimal level of ballistic protection is 14.5 mm for the FB7 and 13 mm for the 7.62 mm AP bullet.
