Characterization of nanoscale changes in the atomic structure of amorphous materials is a profound challenge. Established X-ray and neutron total scattering methods typically provide sufficient signal quality only over macroscopic...
The Mössbauer effect was used to investigate the ordering in silicon steel. A model for defining the type and degree of a long‐range order was proposed. On the basis of this model, the Mössbauer spectra of silicon steel with 8 at% Si were calculated. The type and degree of order were determined for the samples with small elasticity.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
