Organizational change has been widely examined by scholars. A readiness to change is essential to attain a success of the organizational change. Previous studies on readiness to change supported by employee’s engagement in government context are scarcity. Thus, this study aims to examine the relationship between the readiness to change and the employee’s engagement in religious affairs institution context. This study also investigates the relationship of those variables moderated by generation X and Y. The quantitative approach with survey research design was undertaken by administering a questionnaire to 179 civil servants under religious affairs institution online. The data was analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings suggested that the employee’s work engagement and the process of change had a positive and significant relationship to the readiness to change. The work engagement had positive and significant relationship to the process of change and trust in the leadership. The trust in the leadership had positive and significant relationship to the process of change; however it did not have a relationship to the readiness to change. Moreover, generation X and Y did not moderate the relationship the work engagement and the readiness to change as well the process of change. The theoretical and managerial implications are discussed further.
The problem in this research is that the use of sports infrastructure in the Ilir Timur II District of Palembang City has not been maximized. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of sports facilities and infrastructure in the Ilir Timur II District of Palembang City. The research method uses quantitative methods with survey techniques. The research object is the Pusri and Pakri environment. Data collection using the observation sheet. Data analysis using percentage analysis. The results of the study stated that the reason the community has not used sports facilities in the Ilir Timur II District of Palembang Municipality are as follows: 1) 64% of the people are reluctant to use sports facilities because of their laziness, 2) 63% of the people are reluctant to use I Made Andika Bayu, Bayu Iswana, (2021) Evaluasi Sarana dan Prasarana Olahraga | Halaman Olahraga Nusantarasports facilities because of lack of motivation, 3 ) 44% of people are reluctant to use sports facilities because of embarrassment, 4) 40% of people are reluctant to use sports facilities because they do not care about health, 5) 68% of people are reluctant to use sports facilities because of the distance, 6) 41% of people are reluctant to use sports facilities because of the condition of the facilities , 7) 38% of people are reluctant to use sports facilities because they are expensive, 8) 69% of people are reluctant to use sports facilities because of convenience, 9) 73% of people are reluctant to use sports facilities because of safety
