Досліджено емісію електронів під дією лазерного випромінення та/або концентрованого сонячного світла від катодних матеріалів на основі вуглецевих нанотрубок (ВНТ), LaNi 5 , ВНТ+LaNi 5 , ВНТ+LaNi 5 +Cs, лісу ВНТ на Ni підкладці, а також вплив процесів старіння на емісійні властивості відповідних зразків. Встановлено, що для катоду з вуглецевих нанотрубок при використанні аноду з Мо емісійний струм за температури біля 240°С зростає на порядок у порівнянні з катодом з LaNi 5 і сягає 13 мА; максимальний емісійний струм від катоду з LaNi 5 стрімко зростає за температур вище 450°С при прикладанні додаткової напруги і за її значення у 90 В сягає 9 мА. Встановлено, що додавання до ВНТ інтерметаліду LaNi 5 підвищує поріг емісії для композиту майже в 10 разів, а максимальну густину емісійного струму -в 2 рази (з 3 до 6 А/см 2 ). Таке підвищення емісійних характеристик викликано збільшенням концентрації електронів за рахунок передачі їх нанотрубкам від металевих частинок, на що вказує значно вища, ніж у чистих багатошарових вуглецевих нанотрубок, елект-
Изуч ено влияние отжига в вакууме до 10 5 Па в диапазоне температур 300-1150°C на электропроводность, термоэдс и упругие характеристики массива многослойных углеродных нанотрубок (МУНТ) при изменении его плотности. Показано, что при одноосной деформации происходит ори-ентированная упаковка МУНТ, что приводит к снижению коэффициента Зеебека до 15%, а отжиг при температуре до 950°C способствует его сни-жению на 5% для всех степеней сжатия.Ключевые слова: углеродные нанотрубки, высокотемпературный отжиг, электропроводность, термоэдс, коэффициент Зеебека.
