Резюме. Статья посвящена гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ) -патологии, которая занимает ведущее место среди всех кислотозависимых заболеваний. Основным механизмом раз-вития ГЭРБ является нарушение моторно-эвакуаторной функции желудка -замедлениеГастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь (ГЭРБ) занимает ведущее место среди всех кислотозависимых заболеваний. Для ГЭРБ характерен высокий уровень рецидивирования, широкий спектр клинических про-явлений, как эзофагеальных, так и экстраэзофагеаль-ных, персистирование на протяжении нескольких лет и десятилетий. Это может приводить не только к диаг-ностическим ошибкам (гипердиагностике некоторых заболеваний), но и к несвоевременному назначению патогенетической терапии и, как следствие, способ-ствовать возникновению довольно грозных осложне-ний: кровотечений, пептических язв, стриктур, пище-вода Баррета (ПБ), аденокарциномы пищевода, что объясняет актуальность данной проблемы [1][2][3] 5].ГЭРБ страдает от 20 до 50 % населения различных стран мира.
