Moot court is onepractical learning method of procedural law learning that must be given to undergraduate law students. This learning method as a framework initiated by John Dewey as the achievement of progressive legal education, especially in criminal justice practices. The purpose of this learning method is to provide students with a deepening of criminal justice both based on theory and practice as well as provide opportunities for students to carry out the criminal trial practice by taking examples of criminal case decisions that have obtained permanent legal force. This paper specifically discovers, studies, analyzes and provides deepening related to criminal justice based on theory and practice for law students at the level of the Bachelor of Law program to obtain a progressive legal educationThe method used in this paper is empirical legal research method using primary data and secondary data based on a purposive sampling model with deep-interview concerning the practice of the moot court in law higher education. The results of this study indicate that students have gained a deepening of criminal procedural law, particularly in the implementation of criminal justice guided by supervisors and legal practitioners as tutors and instructors. This study also suggestedthat students have been able to practice criminal justice as true as actual criminal trials accompanied by supervisors and legal practitioners as their mentors in achieving progressive legal education.
Indonesia is a country rich in culture and tourism. Tourism is a dynamic activity that involves many people and revives various fields of business. The importance of the role of tourism in economic development in various countries is no longer in doubt and tourism is one of the development sectors currently being promoted by the government. However, the lack of supervision and public understanding often causes damage and pollution to the environment of tourist objects because tourist visitors or visitors to the place, both local and foreign tourists, assume that the tourist attraction is a public place and free for anyone who visits there. Therefore, what are the rules for the physical destruction of tourist attractions in accordance with the Bali Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2020? and what is the criminal responsibility for the perpetrators of physical destruction of tourist objects in the province of Bali?. This research uses normative legal research. Regulations regarding the destruction of tourist attractions are regulated in Article 7 paragraph (1) of the Bali Provincial Regulation Number 5 of 2020 concerning Standards for Organizing Balinese Cultural Tourism explaining the prohibition of damaging tourist attractions that can reduce the aesthetics of the place. Responsibility for the destruction of tourist attractions by tourists can be charged with Article 37 paragraph (1) of Bali Provincial Regulation Number 5 of 2020 concerning Standards for Organizing Balinese Cultural Tourism.

Penyelundupan manusia merupakan salah satu bentuk kejahatan transnasional terorganisasi yang menimbulkan permasalahan di berbagai belahan dunia, termasuk Indonesia yang dimanfaatkan sebagai negara transit oleh pelaku penyelundupan manusia. Untuk menanggulangi kejahatan ini, Indonesia membentuk Undang-Undang No. 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian. Metode penelitian hukum yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif, sebab terdapat kekosongan norma terkait dengan pengaturan pertanggungjawaban pidana yang dilakukan oleh organisasi. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadikan Indonesia sebagai negara tujuan transit serta mengetahui pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku penyelundupan manusia menurut hukum positif Indonesia. Sulitnya pengawasan terhadap wilayah kepulauan Indonesia yang sangat luas, letak Indonesia yang sangat strategis, lemahnya instrumen hukum nasional yang ada serta adanya oknum pejabat yang berperan dalam kegiatan ini menempatkan Indonesia sebagai negara favorit untuk transit. Di samping itu, pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pelaku yang relatif ringan sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Keimigrasian juga mengakibatkan kejahatan ini berkembang menjadi bisnis yang menguntungkan di Indonesia.
