Введение. Изменения жизнедеятельности клеток печени после частичной гепатэктомии (ЧГЭ) до восстановления массы и функции органа проходят в несколько стадий. Первичная ответная реакция выделяется как период трансформации [1], который завершается переориентировкой метаболизма клетки перед вступлением в ряд последовательных клеточных циклов. Согласно современным представлениям [2-4], период трансформации протекает в два этапа. На первом (для половозрелых белых крыс-0,5-1 ч после ЧГЭ) преобладают реакции, свойственные стрессовым ситуациям, метаболические сдвиги, направленные на усиление функциональной активности гепатоцитов [2, 5], и клетки, по-видимому, приобретают компетентность к восприятию пролиферативных стимулов [6, 7]. На втором этапе (1-3 ч после ЧГЭ) изменения носят более специфический характер [3, 4]. Накопленные к настоящему времени факты еще не позволяют расшифровать конкретные механизмы происходящих изменений. Поскольку доказана генетическая обусловленность процессов в периоде трансформации [8], то детальному изучению подлежит популяция первичных транскрннтов-ядерная РНК (ядРНК). Сведения о ее синтезе и составе противоречивы и фрагментарны из-за произвольного выбора длительности экспозиции животных клеток с мечеными предшественниками, а данные об экспрессии генома касаются лишь отдельных классов ДНК [6, 9, 10] или представленности в клетке некоторых типов РНК [11-13]. Настоящая работа предпринята для более полного изучения в динамике периода трансформации особенностей синтеза ядРНК, а также кинетической сложности и доли в ней транскриптов с основных классов ДНК, различающихся по частоте повторения последовательностей.
