The development of multi-factor mathematical model of the relationship between the parameters of the detonation-gas deposition mode and the adhesion strength of the coating, as well as the results of the formation of the
technological residual stresses level from the influence of the coating thickness are presents. Calculated method
for determining of the minimum adhesion strength of sprayed coatings for restoring of the necks of crankshafts of
internal combustion engines of different power is given. The general results are presented by system of equations
for computer program for conditional optimization of detonation-gas deposition modes for the directional formation
of properties of restored crankshaft necks of automobile and tractor internal combustion engines of different power.
