This study aims to explore the multicultural education plans that can respond to the lack of local labour productivity due to the upcoming super-aged society.We reviewed the multicultural education perspectives and contents of Australia, Germany, and Japan for the research methods. These countries are known for the multicultural education that has successfully led multicultural families to settle in local society. The policy implications are that the first is that the needs of multicultural families should be input into the education policy. Second, multicultural families ought to to be the one who has the right to involve in the education policy. Third, the local community develops an education model that takes advantage of regional characteristics along with a survey while supplementing the policy level of the central government. Practical implications are as follows; First, multicultural education might concentrate on the socio-economic level of the family, not the migration background. Second, multicultural education develops customized educational content to nurture local professional manpower. Lastly, while reorganizing the overlapping support system in a consigned way for each central government department, the local community is given practical operation authority, and each local government promotes an active network with the private sector and industry.
