Küresel Covid-19 salgını, 2020 yılının ilk aylarından bu yana tüm dünyayı sarsmakta ve büyük tahribatlara neden olmaktadır. Covid-19 virüsü, solunum yollarını hedef alarak milyonlarca insanın yaşam tarzını değiştirmiştir. Ülke çapında binlerce okul kapatılmış, milyonlarca öğrenci, öğretmen ve yönetici bu durumdan etkilenmiştir. Yaşanan sürece bağlı olarak iş yapış şekillerimiz bir anda alışılanın dışına çıkmıştır. Yüz yüze eğitim yerini online eğitime bırakmış, karantina döneminde evden çalışmak hiç olmadığı kadar önemli hale gelmiştir. Buna bağlı olarak Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'nın online eğitim platformu Eğitim Bilişim Ağı'na "Canlı Ders Modülü" eklenmiştir. Ancak, öğrenci, öğretmen ve yöneticiler EBA Canlı Ders Modülü'nün kurulumu esnasında, derse başlama sırasında, ders işlenirken birçok sorun ve hata ile karşılaşmıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı; EBA Canlı Ders Modülü'nde alınan hatalar ve bu hataların çözümlerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu kapsamda Fatih Projesi Koordinatörlükleri'nce üretilen içerikler doküman analizine göre incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; canlı derslerde sisteme üst üste giriş yapılması durumunda "code 10429" hatası alınmaktadır. Ayrıca, güncelleme işlemlerinin eksik olmasına bağlı "sdk init Failed-14" hatası alınmaktadır. Üstelik öğretmen ve okul idarecilerinin, e-okul ve MEBBİS bilgilerinin güncel olmaması nedeniyle giriş bilgisi eksikliğine bağlı canlı ders hataları yaşanmaktadır. Buna göre; EBA kullanıcılarına "EBA ile Uzaktan Eğitim" ve "EBA Akademik Destek ile Uzaktan Eğitim" kurslarını almaları tavsiye edilmektedir. Canlı derslerin sorunsuz bir şekilde yapılması için "https://youtu.be/Niltgtcvg00" linkinin ziyaret edilmesi önerilmektedir. Mobil cihazlarla yapılan derslerde IOS 11 ve üzeri bir sürüm ile android 5.0 ve üzeri bir sürüm kullanılmalıdır.
