With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology, more and more fields in China gradually develop with new technology. The education industry is also constantly pursuing innovation, among which more and more colleges and universities gradually use multimedia network teaching. The purpose of this study is to analyze the advantages of multimedia network teaching in ice and snow sports teaching in higher vocational colleges. This study selects the ice and snow sports course teaching of some universities in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, and divides it into different experimental groups through different teaching methods. Finally, it makes statistics on students’ achievements and teaching feedback, and reflects the role and influence of multimedia network teaching combined with the standard of t test. The results show that the popularity rate of online teaching has also increased from 8.5% in 2012 to 42.1% in 2019. And 87.9% of teachers and students support and are satisfied with the content and method of multimedia teaching. It is concluded that the multimedia network teaching discussed in this research has played a good role in the teaching of ice and snow sports, and has high efficiency, which has contributed to the development of smart devices in the education field.
The construction industry plays an important role in China's national economy, and belongs to the industry with high pollution and high energy consumption. It is necessary to calculate the green total factor productivity of construction industry (GTCI). Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in Chinese mainland in 2007-2019, the paper calculates the GTCI and its decomposition indicators by using the SBM-GML model, and examines the dynamic evolution characteristics from two aspects of the whole country and the regions. The results show that: (1) From 2007 to 2019, the GTCI has increased by 4.73%, and in space, it is the highest in the western region. (2) From 2007 to 2019, the growth of GTCI depends both on efficiency and technology. And the contribution of technological progress is greater than efficiency improvement. (3) The whole GTCI under the common frontier is lower than that under the regional frontier, but it is still the highest in the western region.
The electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry plays an irreplaceable role in China's continued international competitiveness and realization of transformation and development. This paper selects panel data of the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry in China's 20 provinces from 2009 to 2018. By selecting reasonable input-output indicators, the DDF-GM model is used to measure the electronic and communication equipment industry (EECE). The following conclusions are drawn: (1) From 2009 to 2018, the EECE showed positive growth in most years, and the overall growth is positive.(2) From 2009 to 2018, the EECE was the highest in the central region, followed by the western region, and lowest in the eastern region. (3) The decomposition index of EECE is driven by efficiency and technology, and the contribution of technology is greater than that of efficiency. Based on the empirical results, this paper finally puts forward some policy suggestions to improve EECE.
